LAKE: North Nokomis Lake is a 470-acre "full rec" lake in Oneida County. It has a maximum depth of 73 feet and has a public boat landing. Fish include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. The approach to the lake is flat, and you can easily get from the parking area to the lake and dock without stairs. The property is located at the lake's quiet end, making for minimal boat traffic and great swimming and kayaking.

WEEKLY REQUIREMENT: Due to Oneida County regulations, this property requires a minimum 7-night booking. Shorter bookings are not permitted, and we are subject to penalties for non-compliance. Therefore: Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day): 7-night bookings only, check-in and check-out on Fridays. Fall/Winter/Spring: 7-night bookings with flexible check-in and check-out dates. While the booking is for 7 nights, we understand you may not need the full duration. These weekly rates are priced equivalent to a 3-night booking.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. We do offer travel insurance. [PLEASE NOTE:] Airbnb, VRBO, and other 3rd party online travel agencies ("OTA's") have cancellation policies that may be different AND supersede our policy.
