We started hosting to share our happy place on Anna Maria Island. Our beach condo is located in Holmes Beach, right in the heart of the islandâjust a short walk to the beach, Publix, shops, and great local restaurants.
Weâve designed the space to be comfortable, clean, and relaxingâperfect for unwinding after a day of sun and sand. Whether itâs your first time here or your tenth, we hope our home helps you create special memories.

We chose this neighborhood in Holmes Beach because it truly offers the best of Anna Maria Islandâcentral location, walkability, and laid-back island charm. You can walk to the beach in just a few minutes, grab fresh seafood nearby, or hop on the free trolley to explore the island.
What we love most is how peaceful it feels hereâyouâre close to everything, but still tucked away enough to relax and enjoy the slower pace. Morning walks to the beach, sunset golf cart rides, and evenings listening to the ocean breeze are some of our favorite moments.
Itâs the kind of place where you instantly feel at easeâand we knew right away it was somewhere special.
