Meadow Vale Lodge, Tyytyväinen Perhekoti, Forest Setting

Tämä viiden makuuhuoneen, kaksi ja puoli kylpy koti on 2300 neliömetriä ja se voi vuokrata enintään 12 aikuista (yli 6 vuotta), lapset 5 ja alle eivät ole rajoitettu maakunnassa. Päinvastainen pohjapiirros on iso avoin olohuone taulutelevisio, ruokailu, keittiö tila, kaksi makuuhuonetta, yksi kylpy ja grilli päällä kannella, yläkerta. Alakerrassa on perhehuone, jossa on suuri taulu, baarikeittiö ja kolme makuuhuonetta, yksi-ja-puoli kylpyjä, pesutupa, jossa pesukone ja kuivaaja. Se on sekä puhdas ja viihtyisästi kalustettu.

Sijainti on hyvin keskeinen kaikkien toimintojen. Sierra Tahoe ja Heavenly Valley Ski alueet ovat molemmat 10-15 minuutin päässä ja Kirkwood & Homewood ovat 30 minuutin päässä, suuri rannat, Pyörän polkuja ja ratsastus ovat 10 minuutin ajomatkan. Ostokset, ravintolat ja golf 5 minuuttia. Yöelämä on 15 minuutin päässä. Kotimme sijaitsee yksi neljäsosa hehtaarin ja on tyhjille tonteille molemmin puolin. Se on ihana vuori tunnelma kaunis vuoristomaisemat.

Täydellinen paikka ihmiset voivat nauttia toistensa ja luonnon kauneutta ympärillään.

Nice house for a family vacation. We visit Lake Tahoe every winter and this was out first time stay in this home. Over all great house for a great price!

We had a family celebration with 12 people. Great kitchen and living space for games and having our meals. Close to beaches, casinos and stores. Easy to get to from Sacramento and Reno, where our families traveled from. Nice having three bathrooms, two showers and enough beds for everyone. I recommend for large group.

Family Reunion

We had an awesome time in Tahoe. The house was very spacious, well stocked and the host provided all the amenities. The location is close to shopping and all the boating, hiking, and casinos. The stairs are a challenge for those with mobility concerns. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils dishwasher and small appliances.

Absolutely Beautiful

We come every year to Tahoe for our family vacation, this is a wonderful and welcoming home. Secluded enough to enjoy your privacy but close enough to activities. We all enjoyed this gorgeous home. Easiest check in/out, with minimal instructions for our stay. We would be happy to rent here again next year.

Amazing house and hosts!

The stay at Dennis and Mary’s home was perfect! These hosts are great and it shows throughout the property! They communicated everything clearly and the house had everything we needed and was only a short drive to Heavenly and Lake Tahoe! We had 3 families and everyone was comfortable and had a blast! High quality! Bargain!

Everytime I turned, I was impressed with the condition and quality of the house! Absolutely perfect for our group of 12 adults! The kitchen and bathroom have been updated, floors seem essentially new-- it felt so spacious and accommodating for our group!

Lovely home

We had a wonderful stay! Home was clean and furnishings were perfectly adequate for our group of 10. My parents are in their 80's so had a little bit of a hard time with the stairs so be prepared if you have anyone with physical limitations in your group. Home is a bit of a drive to Stateline, etc. but price was right. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home with us. Tahoe is beautiful and we are always happy to make it up there.

Family reunion

There were 14 of us which the house accommodated perfectly! The counters were pretty dusty and the toilets weren’t cleaned well but overall it was pretty clean and the porch needs updated. I cleaned it the night before we left. We loved the house and the location. I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful wedding weekend

We booked for a family stay for our wedding in South Lake Tahoe. People came from all over the states. We loved the house and its location. The house had everything we needed. Beautiful home large kitchen. Plenty of room. Only caveat is if you have someone that has trouble with stairs. To get to any part of house there are stairs. We had no trouble though. Whenever we come back we will book this house again

AMAZING!!!!

As soon as we parked I was already impressed with the neighborhood and having everything a few minutes way (the lake, stores restaurants etc). Inside the home it was very nice, clean, and spacious. To be honest I was very happy to able to book this Home, and the best part was the great communication I was able to have with Mary. Thank you so much for everything and definitely recommend it.

You won’t be disappointed!!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The cabin had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. Plenty of room to spread out and not be so crammed together. We also picked a perfect time to go as it had snowed a few days prior and our backyard was our playground. The sled they left for us to use came in handy. I reached out to Mary on one occasion and she responded right away to assist. Highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

We loved our vacation in Lake Tahoe!

We loved being in Lake Tahoe for the week of August 7th in Lake Tahoe. We stayed in the Meadow Vale Lodge. It was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is beautiful, newly remodeled, and has everything one needs to cook meals and extras. It has two sitting rooms (or living rooms). One is on the first floor upon entering and the other one is on the second floor with the kitchen a huge fireplace. The driveway is a little steep, but levels off to park. We were able to enjoy sitting out on the balcony in the evenings. I would rent it again.

Great value and space

We were a group of 11 adults and 6 children under 7. There was plenty of space for 3 families. It didn’t feel cramped at all and kids really enjoyed going up and downstairs. I do wish there were more bathrooms but it’s okay, some just showered earlier. There was plenty of hot water as the property has a tankless water heater. I do advise snow chains if your car is not AWD as the driveway is on a little bit of a hill and is icy. I don’t remember reading about their driveway but they were kind enough to provide salts and shovels (we had one SUV that couldn’t make it up the hill completely). We mentioned the issue to Mary but unfortunately with the Presidents Day weekend we had no options. Overall, 5 star stay, I highly recommend this place for people with large groups.

The property was in excellent condition. All of the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything that was needed. Location was excellent for all activities. The family had an excellent time. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Lake Tahoe.

We love to travel the world but have not found a place more beautiful than Lake Tahoe. With so many activities available year round we never tire of coming here.

Sitting on the deck in the evening and watching the sunset behind Mt Tallac and relaxing after a pleasant day of hiking and swimming in the summer. In winter we enjoy warming ourselves in front of the fireplace after a day of skiing . Fall is a wonderful time to come and absorb the fall colors, watch the salmon run or enjoy the Octoberfest or just enjoy the calm with some fishing, hiking etc.
