Tämä maalaismainen Mountain Home sijaitsee South Tahoe Pioneer Trail naapurustossa! Siinä on loistava huone, holvikatot, joissa on viimeistelty hirsimännimerkinnät, kaikkialle tuolle upealle Tahoe-tunnelmalle!

Se on varustettu lisämukavuuksilla; 2 takkaa, yksi iso takka graniitti- ja hirsikoristeilla ja yksi perhehuoneessa. Perhehuoneessa on 70 televisiota ja perhehuoneessa 8 jalkaa biljardipöytä.

Siinä on myös suuri ulkokylpytynnyri ja kaasugrilli, poreallas isäntäkylvyssä, suuret kaapit, kaapeli-tv-katselu kaikissa huoneissa, iso huone ja perhehuone, ja siinä on kaksi kannet. Tässä lodgesissa on laajakaistainen langaton internetyhteys

Saaren keittiö on varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, suodatetulla vedellä, graniittilaattojen työtasoilla ja tilavilla tammikaapilla. Kaikki laitteet, kuten pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, astiat, ruokailuvälineet ja lasitavara, ostettiin aivan uusia!

Tämä koti sijaitsee kätevästi Pioneer-reitin varrella lähellä taivaallista hiihtokeskusta, kaukana turistiliikenteestä. Tämä koti on vain 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Y-ostoskeskuksesta, 15 minuutin päässä Sierran hiihtokeskukselta, 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä taivaallisesta ja kasinoista; 10 minuutin ajomatka golfkentälle ja 70 minuutin ajomatka Renon lentokentälle.

Our Family Celebration

Everything was almost perfect. The layout of the house was great and everything was big and roomy. The only bad thing was the cleanliness of the house. The house is clean at first inspection but it needs a deep cleaning. The kitchen fire extinguisher has grease on it. The Oven was not usable until we cleaned it as it had smoke billowing out and set off the smoke alarm. The beds also had lots of dust and trash under them. All in all we had a great time!

East coast family vacation

Had a wonderful time with family and friends who traveled from the east coast to experience the snow in Lake Tahoe. The house was perfect for our large group. The kids had a great time in the entertainment room downstairs and loved the hot tub. The house was close to skiing, snow tubing and ice skating as well as downtown for restaurants etc. highly recommend this property.

Fantastic cabin close to downtown and slopes

We loved staying here to celebrate my fiances birthday with friends and family on a 4-nights trip! There were ample beds and bathrooms for our entire group, and the 10 minute proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and Heavenly ski resort made the cabin a great destination. Dennis was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions, and we would absolutely stay here or any of his other properties again!

Spacious Lake Tahoe home

We enjoyed having 5 bedrooms so everyone had their personal space. The dining room table was good for accommodating a large group as well. The home is starting to show its age as maintenance would improve curtain rods, stove burner top, stairway lighting, kitchen faucet. The paper supplies covered our initial check in but we quickly had to run out for more. The neighborhood was nice and had easy access to trails through the woods. It was generally quiet although we were coached on handling neighbors that might be less than inviting.

Roomy house

We rented this house for a family wedding in South lake Tahoe. The bedrooms were very roomy and the beds were comfortable. The house was roomy and the pool table an tumhot tub helped to make our down times

Fun Ski Trip Stay

This was perfect for our group of 11 friends traveling for a ski trip! It was a close drive to the lake and to Heavenly. The place had plenty of rooms and space for us and the hot tub was nice to soak in after a long day. Would stay again!

Would not stay here again

The unit had only very old worn out furniture (beds, couches, etc) the listing showed different furniture that was not present. All beds were very old and uncomfortable. The house needed additional seating as one singular sectional sofa was not large enough for a group. Also the fireplace did not work, which was the main reason we rented this place, and property management was not helpful in getting a repair before our stay ended.

Good house for large groups

The house was well equipped: kitchen, towels/hot tub, pool table. Large house that met our groups' needs. We were skiing and boarding at Kirkwood and Heavenly so the location was perfect. Dennis was very quick at addressing any of our needs or problems that came up-great communication. We'd stay here again.

Great Time :)

Home was absolutely perfect for my family of 12. We stayed here to have a get together for my parents’ 50th birthdays and the home did not disappoint. The open floor plan upstairs and two living rooms are great hang out spots for everyone. House looks just as pictured and I had great communication with the host prior to check in. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are on the fence!

Great Value, Great Neighborhood

We booked this home for family vacation. We had a range of age groups that all enjoyed relaxing at this home. The garage had an extra refrigerator that came in handy for a full house. The location is great because it's near the Lake but out side of the busy South Lake area. Two thumbs up!

ANNUAL FAMILY VACATION

Owner was very attentive & helpful. The property location was good. Not too far from the strip & casinos. The kitchen was great except the kitchen faucet was loose. Furniture was updated and the big kitchen table was great for our large family & for game night! Beds were comfortable. We have been going to SLT yearly for over 32 years. This property is almost 5 stars. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because one of the beds has 4 long hairs in the beds & the staircase (in & out) should have been swept. Those are my only 2 complaints (very minor). I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing home and prime location! This home had everything we needed for two families with a variety of ages. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, with comfortable beds. Everything worked just fine. We enjoyed using the pool table, wifi and hot tub with no issues. Hot tub looked clean and well maintained. The kitchen is also large, and all 12 of us were able to comfortably eat at the same time. The checkout process was simple. We will definitely be returning!

Mother’s Day Weekend

My family enjoyed staying at this property. We did a Mothers Day Brunch and there was more than enough seasonings, pots/pans. We brought our own paper plates, forks, and spoons. But there was a lot of plates and cups. The table fit our family so that we could sit & enjoy the brunch spread. The jacuzzi was so lovely. It was nice that there was a game room downstairs as the kids were able to watch TV and some of the Mothers were upstairs watching tv and getting dinner started. The property manager was very communicative with any issues on the property. When I first got there, I called the property manager for a question and he answered immediately. Would recommend and stay again.

Spacious home in a great location

Positives: excellent location in South Lake Tahoe with a huge forest perfect for wintery walks beginning just blocks away & easy access to the lake and skiing, a well-stocked kitchen perfect for cooking fancy meals, a large dining room table for all of us to eat around and play board games, and lots of space for our large group to spread out. Dennis called us the night before to emphasize the need to avoid attracting bears and the importance to noise and parking regulations (which are quite strict in Tahoe.)Negatives (not deal breakers): The hot tub had a mouldy odor and scum floating. (To be fair, we did not bring this up until later and did not give Dennis an opportunity to fix this.) When we complained about the lack of hot water, he called to explain how to fix it right away. The electric fireplace didn't work and instead vented cool air into the living room. This may only have been an issue for our group because we used the hearth for seating; if your group only uses this space to watch TV, it would not be a problem. There were other small issues - a misplaced garage door openers, spent batteries causing the smoke alarm to beep. Lots of little things, that were certainly outweighed by the positives.

Early Christmas Family Gathering

The property is located in a lovely location. It is a bit run down, walls need painted or cleaned (are visibly soiled). The sliding door is difficult to open due to water damage. The dryer did not work. Needs carpet cleaning. Our vacation included a giant snow storm with no power off and on for 2 days -I acknowledge this is not the owners fault-However, there was no battery operated lights/latterns/flashlights, no back up heat options, etc.

Family wedding stay

We enjoyed the home, our family of 12 stayed for a family wedding. plenty of room for all and room to get ready as well. We all enjoyed sleeping on the comfortable beds. The blinds are outdated and a little messed up but overall it was fine. There had been a water leak and the floor was very badly buckled which was a tripping hazard even after knowing it was there!! A barstool broke while someone was sitting on it and thankfully they were not injured from the fall. I let the owner know right away so as not to be charged a fee for breaking furniture and he said to just put it in the garage. The location was nice. The weather went through all seasons while we were there and the snow fall was beautiful. Overall I would stay here again!
