This hidden gem on Florida’s east coast may just become your new favorite beach destination, where pristine beaches collide with a vibrant culture providing endless entertainment options for visitors of all ages.
The Space:
Located in the desirable La Perla residence community, guests of Balcony on the Ocean will enjoy onsite perks such as the sundeck, fitness center, sports lounge with billiards room, and of course, hundreds of feet of sandy shores to spend full days basking under the plentiful Florida sun. The Newport Fishing Pier is right outside of the resort, one of the best places in the area to cast out a line and try your chances at catching that evening’s dinner. Dining, shopping, and grocery are all within walking distance giving you the option to leave the car behind and explore everything this amazing area has to offer on foot. If you’re planning to venture out further, plentiful public transportation is a convenient and safe way to get to your desired destination.
Seated out on your high-rise glass balcony, the panoramic views of the ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway will greet you each morning as you watch the sun rise over the vast turquoise waters. We couldn’t imagine a more perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail as you let the breeze wash over you and carry all your troubles away. Indoors, contemporary furnishings are complimented by artistic décor giving you comfortable spaces to relax and unwind while taking relief from the heat. The living room offers plush sofa seating and a mounted TV for surfing the channels during your well-earned downtime. Steps away, the chic dining room table can seat 6 for mealtimes, game nights, and casual conversation alike. The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for all your culinary endeavors.
This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.
The home also includes a half bathroom.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Communal Pool will be closed until December 2025. Guests can use the pool at the Marriott in the next building (there is a door that connects the two buildings)
• There is on-going renovation in the lobby.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Additional Fees Paid Outside of Booking Cost:
• Application Fees: All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application/screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation.
• One-Time Valet Parking Fee: Guests will have access to valet parking for a one-time fee of $10, covering your parking decal for your entire stay. This one-time fee will be paid directly to La Perla (the property). Only one vehicle is permitted per booking. If you have additional vehicles, you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly.
• One-Time Guest ID and Beach Service Fee: Guests will register with the office upon arrival and receive guest ID's. This one-time fee is $25/adult and is paid at check in directly to La Perla (the property). Your guest ID provides you access to the building, elevators, and also beach services.
• Towel Cards: There is a maximum of 4 towel cards per unit; 1-bedroom units have 2 towel cards. If lost, the cost to replace is $75. Please leave all cards in the unit when you depart, or you will be charged for each missing card.
