The Space:
Located in the La Perla residence community, guests to the home will enjoy onsite perks such as the sundeck, fitness center, sports lounge and billiards room, and of course, hundreds of feet of sandy shores to spend full days basking under the plentiful Florida sun. The Newport Fishing Pier is right outside of the resort, one of the best places in the area to cast out a line and try your chances at catching that eveningâs dinner. Dining, shopping, and grocery are all within walking distance giving you the option to leave the car behind and explore everything this amazing area has to offer on foot. If youâre planning to venture out further, the plentiful public transportation is a convenient and safe way to get to your desired destination.
All the way up on the 33rd floor, the panoramic views of the ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway will greet you each morning as you watch the sun rise over the vast blue waters. The spacious glass-railed terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail as you let the breeze wash over you and carry all your troubles away. Stepping indoors, the elegant living room offers a plush L-shaped sofa and loveseat, with a large TV that can fully immerse you in entertainment as you gather together for a movie night. Large floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the area in natural light, keeping the focal point on the breathtaking landscape. The fully equipped kitchen showcases all-black appliances, glossy countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with all the cookware and dining ware needed to prepare delicious meals right at home. The chic dining room table can seat 4 for formal meals, while 4 additional high-top chairs are available at the kitchen counter for quick bites.
This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a Queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
âą Private Pool will be closed from May 25 to October 25.
âą ADDITIONAL FEES PAID OUTSIDE OF BOOKING COST:
o Application Fees: All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application/screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation.
o One-Time Valet Parking Fee: Guests will have access to valet parking for a one-time fee of $10, covering your parking decal for your entire stay. This one-time fee will be paid directly to La Perla (the property). Only one vehicle is permitted per booking. If you have additional vehicles, you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly.
o One-Time Guest ID and Beach Service Fee: Guests will register with the office upon arrival and receive guest ID's. This one-time fee is $25/adult and is paid at check in directly to La Perla (the property). Your guest ID provides you access to the building, elevators, and also beach services.
o Towel Cards: There is a maximum of 4 towel cards per unit; 1-bedroom units have 2 towel cards. If lost, the cost to replace is $75. Please leave all cards in the unit when you depart, or you will be charged for each missing card.
