Experience the Audubon neighborhood from the comfort of this tastefully designed home! We've provided everything you'll need for a stay in New Orleans, all you have to bring is yourself. Blocks away from the famous St. Charles Ave Streetcar, multiple of New Orleans best attractions are just minutes away! Tulane, Loyola & the Audubon Zoo are all within walking distance to experience the best of what New Orleans has to offer. Driveway for compact cars only, trucks and SUVs can park on the street.
Located on the bottom floor, this home provides 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms providing plenty of space for you and your guests. Step into an open living, dining & kitchen area, perfect for relaxing while you're not enjoying the city. A well stocked kitchen is provided along with anything else you may need for a stay in New Orleans. The bedrooms are all private & offer an array of sleeping arrangements. There is outdoor seating to enjoy the warm southern sun!
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON PREMISES. NO PETS ALLOWED.
Uber & lyft are readily available in the area.
The famous St. Charles Ave street car is just blocks away.
The laid-back Audubon neighborhood focuses on Audubon Park, which has bike and jogging trails, an 18-hole golf course and picnic spots shaded by centuries-old oaks. Families enjoy the exotic animals at the park’s zoo, and diverse waterbirds can be spotted around Bird Island, in Audubon Park Lagoon. Upscale restaurants and stately mansions line the quiet streets around nearby Tulane and Loyola universities.
