VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS! Tämä Premium 10. kerros kolme makuuhuonetta, kaksi ja puoli kylpyyksikkö on todella suuri. Premium-yksikkö tarjoaa tilavan pohjaratkaisun, jossa on henkeäsalpaava valtameri ja auringon nousevat näkymät kaikkialta! Erittäin sisustettu ja kalustettu, joka tarjoaa korkealaatuisia kokoustiloja mm. Brasilian parkettilattiat, marmoriset työtasot, valtavat marmoriset kylpyhuoneet, huippuluokan keittiökoneet (mukaan lukien Sub Zero -jääkaappi ja Viking-keittotaso) ja paljon muuta. Miksi yksikkömme
a. Yksi harvoista yksiköistä 10. kerroksen yläpuolella OCEAN VIEWS (ei satama) käytettävissä vuokra. Ensimmäistä kertaa matkustajat Wildwood Cresta, useimmat merinäkymät ympäröivät rakennukset ovat korkeus 6 tarinoita ja yleensä on LVI-järjestelmiä katolle 7. kerroksessa. Grandin 10. kerroksessa voit arvostaa näkemyksiä ilman suoria esteitä. Lisäksi satamanäkymät hinnoittelivat kehittäjä huomattavasti halvemmalla kuin merinäkymät (merinäköalat olivat noin 40 + kalliimpia, katso julkiset kirjaukset etsimällä "Hinnat, jotka maksetaan 9601 Atlantic Avenue, Unit XX, Wildwood, NJ 08260 GOOGLE ... ja katsokaa redfin linkkejä). Suosittelemme vahvistamaan, että kukin yksikkö harkitsee onko ne satamanäkymät tai merinäkymät ja vertaa niiden yksikkönumeroa yksikköömme grand-sivustossa, jolla on suunnitelmia. Myös kattohuoneistoja, joilla on satama-näkymät, jotka olivat huomattavasti halvempia kuin yksikkömme ostohinnan näkökulmasta.

b. Hinnoittelu on samanlainen tai vain hieman suurempi kuin monilla yksiköillä, joissa on kaltevuus, satama tai näkymät. Yksikössä on merinäkymät. Koska samankaltaisten yksiköiden vuokraus on vähäistä, vuokrauspäivät myydään hyvin nopeasti.

C. Erittäin korkeatasoinen asiakastyytyväisyys (katso arvosteluja). Merkittävä osa meidän viikoistamme myydään toistamaan vuokralaisia. Vuoden 2018 aikana toistavuokraaja on vuokrannut 6 viikkoa. Monet uusista vuokristamme ovat varanneet tai estäneet haluamansa viikot vuosittain. Toivomme, että tulevina vuosina meillä on yli 75% toistuvia vuokralaisia.

d. Vertaile yksikköostoksesta maksettua hintaa alempaan kerrokseen verrattuna (n. 30-50 prosenttia korkeampi). Vähimmäispalkkio, joka on korkeampi kuin korkeampi kuljetuskustannus

e. Hinnoittelu off season on merkittävästi diskontattu houkutella toistaa off season vuokralaiset. Allas on yleensä avoinna 29.9. Asti (säästä riippuen)

f. Xfinity HD Täydellinen paketti 4 televisioon (sisältää HBO, Showtime, Staarz); Fast Wifi (merkitsevä päivitys standardi kaapeli / wifi). Kysy tästä kysymyksestä muista harkitsemastasi ominaisuuksista.

g. Suoraan vuokraus omistajalta

h. Yksikkömme on 1007 ja pohjapiirrokset ovat nähtävillä Grand-verkkosivuilla

i. EI ODOTA linjalla sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä (verrattuna vuokraukseen kiinteistönvälittäjältä). Avaimet lähetetään kotiosoitteeseesi

j. Yksikkö sijaitsee 10. kerroksessa ja ei kovin kaukana hissiasemasta (joka auttaa vanhempia ihmisiä, jotka eivät halua käydä pitkiä eteisiä päästäkseen yksikköön).

k. 10. kerroksen näkymät ovat hyvin ainutlaatuisia verrattuna muihin rakennuksiin (esimerkki - Coastal Colours Units) ja meillä on paljon vuokralaisia, jotka ovat siirtyneet yksikköömme Grandin vuoksi näkymät 10. kerroksesta.

Great Condo!

We had a wonderful week staying in the condo. The building and unit are beautiful. The views are spectacular and the owners were a joy to work with from check-in and planning to check-out. I highly recommend both the unit and the building!

I wouldn't stay anywhere else on Diamond Beach

The Grand is our favorite place to stay at Diamond Beach. We've stayed at the Grand for the past five years. The chairs and umbrellas for the beach that are provided for you are incredibly convenient. It's nice not having to lug a bunch of stuff to the beach every day. The beach is clean and not crowded. The units and views are beautiful. We had a slight problem with the wrong keys at check-in but it was remedied fairly quickly and seems to have been a one-time anomaly. Overall it was a very enjoyable week.

Stunning ocean views. Luxury condo

We loved this 3 bed room condo on the 10th floor of The Grand. Stunning views of the ocean and beach. Resort style amenities. Top notch luxury condo! Marble bathrooms, top notch kitchen. Two covered parking spots. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic Rental with Beautiful Views and Great Ow

This was our second time staying in this beautiful unit and likely will not be our last. Beautiful views, tastefully and practically furnished, and perfect for our family. The building and facilities are unmatched for the area, and the owners are incredibly responsive and nice. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this unit (and these owners) to others looking for a relaxing vacation!

Can't imagine a nicer place to stay at the Jersey Shore!!!

Owners are very professional and keep in touch with you from the day you rent the place until the day that you end your vacation. Flat screen TV's in every bedroom along with the living room......high end kitchen......nice exercise room and great pool. Can't beat the views of the ocean or the morning sunrise. The owners left us a welcome bag with our family in mind and also left four beach chairs for our use if needed. Sunrise occurred between 6:40 AM to 6:55 AM during our stay and when we went out on the balcony around 6:30 AM we were greeted by a lone bagpiper marching up and down the beach serenading all who enjoyed his music. On Saturday night there were fireworks on the Wildwood beach that could easily be seen from our balcony as well. All in all, a very relaxing week at the Jersey Shore. We would highly recommend this place to all. Can't go wrong here!!!

Beautiful top-rate oceanfront condo

This property is just as advertised and the owners are the best. They keep you informed all the way, are very responsive, and treat you like their guests. The condo is large and is well appointed. You couldn’t ask for more. We had a wonderful time and would certainly recommend this to any who want to experience a high end beach experience at the Jersey shore!

Fun Week in Wildwood

Condo was beautiful with great views. Owner was very nice, left welcome bags for the kids and answered all of our questions. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing! Great rental!

Jersey Shore Perfection

I have spent many, many summers in Wildwood Crest, but I can honestly say that I've never quite experienced the Jersey Shore like we did this past week in our unit at The Grand. From waking up to the breathtaking oceanfront views, to the beautifully appointed rooms, to the gorgeous kitchen, to the wonderful welcome basket of vacation goodies, the unit owners spared no expense to ensure that they thought of every last detail leading to a wonderful beach vacation. We all loved watching the fireworks from our 10th floor balcony while we enjoyed our cocktails and our daughter enjoyed her Seashell ice cream sundae (nothing better!). And we toasted our first trip to wildwood crest where we didn't have to schlep our chairs to the beach (we loved the chair service and the lunch beach delivery too!). We used the awesome infinity pool, the hot tub, and the gym more than a few times throughout our week, and it was so convenient to hit the ground floor cafe in the morning to take our coffee back upstairs to watch the sun rise over the waves. From start to finish, the Grand offered it all, and our unit was truly a gem. If you are thinking about renting this unit, the answer is YES, it really is worth it!

Clean, gorgeous views!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views. Very clean, all the amenities that you will need for a week vacation. We were greeted with the cutest welcome bag upon our arrival which was a really nice touch. Overall a great place to rent!

Another Grand Stay

This was our second year spending our vacation in Unit 1007 at The Grand at Diamond Beach. It again was nothing short of it's name - Grand. The ease of reserving our stay couldn't have been more simple, and upon our arrival our children were delighted to revisit with friends they made during our stay last year. The ease of getting in touch with the owners is always a relief. Even at 10 PM on our first night this year, I felt comfortable texting the owner questions about the location of items I couldn't find. They're always very accommodating and when we were already an hour on our way home, our children realized they forgot their tech in one of the side table drawers, I was able to reach the owner and have their items shipped home to us with ease. The condo itself was immaculate yet again, and to say our children were thrilled with another welcome gift this year would be an understatement. We cherish the memories we make in Unit 1007 every year and look forward to making more in the future.

Beautiful condo / beach front and perfect location

We are repeat visitors to this property- the owners are wonderful and the condo is immaculate. This past visit was our daughter’s third time there and I can’t explain how much it means to make vacation memories here with her every summer! The location itself is close to everything you’d want to do in wildwood but also beach side and relaxing. The owners are so caring- they even leave welcome gifts for us and their generosity is so appreciated. We can’t wait for next summer!

Wonderful unit with fantastic views!

We had a wonderful vacation and the unit at the Grand was beautiful and included a well stocked kitchen. The views were fantastic! We had a party of 6 and there was plenty of room to be together and not feel crowded. Sonal was very easy to deal with and answered all our questions promptly. The staff at the Grand were helpful and friendly. Getting to the beach was no problem for the elderly member of our family as the beach staff had a Jeep to transport people that needed assistance! We would definitely recommend this unit to our family and friends!
