Townhouse Homes Package Pricing:
• Winter (January 1, 2024 - April 30, 2024 and October 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024) = $100.
• Spring (May 1, 2024- May 25, 2024= $150.
• Summer season (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 26, 2024 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 7, 2024) = $200.
• Fall (September 8, 2024, September 30, 2024)) = $150.
Facility Passes Included

** Each guest four years and older must scan a pass; pool personnel will collect passes upon arrival and return passes to each guest as they leave.
Additional Facility Pass for Purchase
The renter passes are dated for the guest’s reservation length, with no shortened or prorated options.

Additional Temporary Parking Permits for Purchase
All additional temporary Parking passes for guests and owners are dated for one week at a time, not for the length of the reservation. There is no shortened or prorated pricing available.
Clamshell Parking Only (Blue) $70.00 1 per SSI Rental Address
** NO more than 70 total additional parking permits will be issued at any time by Sunset Island. ** There is free side-street parking on 67th Street (except red curbs) and paid municipal lots.
Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book. We can hold dates if you contact us at oceans edge vacations for a small fee.
This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Should you encounter any aspect of nature that feels less than welcoming or experience any issues with appliances, HVAC systems, electrical components, or cleanliness, please do not hesitate to inform us promptly and provide photographic evidence. We require that you allow us the opportunity to rectify the problem during your stay, as our response time is typically less than an hour. We will make every effort to address and resolve the situation to the best of our ability. However, please understand that such natural occurrences or maintenance issues do not warrant refunds. By booking this property you agree and understand no refunds are given. Our commitment is to provide a serene and delightful escape, and we are here to assist in making your experience as pleasant as possible, within the harmony of our natural surroundings.
