HIGHLIGHTS: Grab some coffee and head to the deck each morning for a 180-degree view of the water. The 20-foot ceiling in the great room, beam trusses, and full windows on the west-facing wall bring the scene of the towering pines, birch, and Pokegama Lake inside as well. In the winter, spend days exploring the nearby snowmobile trail systems and the evenings snuggled up around the wood-burning fireplace. Inside, you’ll find a modern cabin vibe, with light, tranquil colors blended with the feel of an Aspen ski lodge. The open floor plan is ideal for reconnecting with family and friends, and the modern, spacious kitchen is a dream for the group’s chef, with lots of cabinetry, counter space, and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. Between the three-season porch (seating for 6), dining room table (seating for 6), and kitchen barstools (seating for 7), there’s plenty of room for everyone at mealtime. In the warm months, the central air-conditioning keeps everyone cool at home after a day of adventures. Entertainment options include board games, free high-speed WiFi (Starlink), cable, and a Smart TV. Fire up the gas grill on the deck for an easy dinner or step out to a nearby supper club for some cheese curds and a fish fry. End the night back out in the yard, gathered around the firepit and admiring the starry Northwoods sky.

LAKE: Located on the Flambeau Chain of eight (8) lakes, with over 8,000 acres of boating and world-class musky, walleye, bass, and northern fishing, you’ll enjoy unparalleled outdoor opportunities via the property’s private dock. Hop into the provided kayak or canoe to explore by water. Launch your boat or jet skis at the public ramp, located a quarter of a mile from home, and use the dock to moor your boat/jet skis to access the lake for fishing and recreation.

TRAILS: This home is adjacent to 500 miles of groomed snowmobile trails. ATV/UTV riders can cover a variety of terrain in the area, from paved roads to dirt routes. Check out the "Map It Vilas County Trails App" to navigate all the trail systems for any sport - snowmobiling, ATVing, cross-country skiing, biking, and hiking.

AREA: Lac du Flambeau is the location of Lake of the Torches Casino. We are located 20 min to Minocqua, 20 min to Boulder Junction, 25 min to Lake Tomahawk, 25 min to Manitowish Waters, 30 min to St. Germain and 45 min to Eagle River. A great central location for fishing, snowmobiling, ATV riding, and biking on the trails!

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking.
