TÀmÀ ihastuttava yksi makuuhuone (jossa on lisÀksi vuodesohva) on yksi korkeimmista Mission Beachin rakennuksista, joissa on upeat nÀkymÀt. Ikkunoiden seinÀstÀ nÀkyy aina etelÀÀn keskustaan, pohjoiseen La Jolle, lÀnteen Tyynenmeren alueelle ja itÀÀn Mission Bay.

Hetki, ettÀ kun astuu ovesta sisÀÀn, olet ympÀröi tunne rentoutumista ja rauhallinen. Valoisa uudet huonekalut ja iloinen sisustus tekevÀt siitÀ helppoa hypÀtÀ "tunnelmallesi", ja se, ettÀ olet vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ Mission Beach Boardwalkista kilometreillÀ hiekkaa ja merta, tuovat tuon tunteen todellisuuteen!

The property was exactly as advertised. The views were amazing. There was a small glitch with parking at first, which had nothing to do with the property owner at all, and was quickly resolved. Hope to return next year!

This is the perfect set up for a couple to explore San Diego Mission Beach. You can't beat the location. Literally steps to the beach. And super close to the Bay. Coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards all provided! Good restaurants very close and a full service mini mart grocery with a great wine selection right across the street. And kitchen is well stocked with everything you need including coffee, spices and oils. Sandi has literally thought of everything. Unit also includes a parking space which is SO useful in this neighborhood. I highly recommend a stay here!

Great family get away

The condo was clean, well stocked, and close to the beach and activities. It was a perfect place for a family get away. Katherine, the host, was very communicative and easy to get a hold of if needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location and Comfortable

Condo was great for a 4-night stay. Bed was comfortable and condo was clean. And it was nice to have a secure building with a dedicated parking space. Communication with property manager was good also.

Wonderful place and a peaceful stay

We had a really nice stay here for a few days. Check in and check out was easy, the place is clean and it is a huge plus to have a designated parking space in a secure garage! We enjoyed the amazing views daily during our meals. 100% would stay again.

Absolutely love this place!! Great location really close to the beach and lots of local amenities as well!! Great to have a covered and secure parking spot reserved for just us as well!! Great location, one building from the beach. When I booked, it was showing it on the map as the building in front, right on the beach which was a little misleading. Still a great location. Food and grocery walking distance. Beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for the beach. Host was great, came and met us and gave us a little tour.

Love the location

We’ve stayed in this building maybe a dozen times in different units. This unit is one of the nicest. Things we like - proximity to beach, stores, restaurants, etc. The kitchen is well stocked and the a/c in the master was great during a SD heatwave. Things we don’t like - being on the top floor, the noise from nearby rooftop industrial fans is loud and non-stop. We’re sensitive to noise so this was a big negative.

Great Location

This condo is in the most perfect location. Far enough from the noise but not too far to walk to the fun. The beach is literally "right there!" There are gread holes in the wall for drinking and dining. The condo has everything you need for yourhome-away-from-home experience. And the towels.are so.soft! I want to know what they use in the laundry. My only complaint, and it is minor, is the watered-down soaps in the bathroom. I used more than twice as much so its not really saving money in the end.

Great time. Nice location.

The unit is well stocked with pretty much everything you need. Very close to the beach. The bed is super-comfortable with a nice selection of blankets so you can choose the one for the season you are visiting. Towels and bathing products well supplied. The TV and internet worked well. The one (big) problem we had was that the elevator stopped working after our second (of 9 nights). Being on the 3rd floor, it was pretty challenging when we left resulting in multiple trips to/from the car. Also, the dishwasher worked, but needs some "attention" and the photos posted here need some updating. Our hostess Katherine was very helpful and informative. Gave us valuable info about the area including restaurants and places to visit.

Winter getaway

We enjoyed or stay. The location is terrific. The pictures show what the unit is like. 1/2 block to the ocean front boardwalk and about 3 blocks to the Mission Bay boardwalk. Beautiful view from the patio and a lovely spot to have your morning coffee, afternoon tea or cocktails. The only cons we had was no fan over the stove and so beacause we cooked a lot the smoke alarm would go off. The elevator was broken for our first few days which made it awkward to get all our stuff up to the unit. We also had trouble with the one lock to enter the garage from the stairwell and I would suggest they try to eliminate having to use a key there. It was concerning for us as we are seniors and in an emergency it might be difficult to get out of the building. Having a secured parking spot is definitely a bonus as even though we did not use our vehicle much we drove from Canada and were glad to have a place to park.The

Great Location & Views

We loved the location of the condo. It had great views from the balcony of the bay & the beach. Quiet condo complex and clean. Parking here for this unit is parallel parking in a tight garage so for a SUV it was a little difficult-I'm not the best at parallel parking. The pictures online are pretty similar to the unit. There isn't much space to put food in the kitchen, so we just kept it on the counter. To access the bathroom you have to go through the master bedroom, which was fine for us as we were with our kids. The beach and bay were super close. The outside water to rinse off was nice. I didn't realize they had beach equipment in the unit to use. We brought our own. But they had umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and I believe sand toys. Very helpful owner & property manager too. We arrive super late and they gave us the info to check in ourselves which was super accurate. thanks for a great place!!!

Beautiful condo! Location was perfect. Easy to walk to the ocean and the bay. Sandi was a wonderful host! Just had a little trouble finding the key box. I found a door with the address and was expecting a metal box. We finally saw the wood box farther from the door than we thought it would be. We're probably the only guests to have trouble. Otherwise, we had everything we could have wanted. The views were amazing and every night we saw fireworks from Sea World. Great vacation!!!

Sandi and Rick Ellis have lived in Grants Pass Oregon for the past 13 years since moving from Carmel Valley California. We are semi retired and share our lives with our dogs. We enjoy updating the condo when we visit several times a year for a clean and new feeling for our family and guests.

We purchased this condo when our daughter was earning her PhD and needed a bright place to live for five years that was close to shopping and recreation. Since then our family and friends have enjoyed using the condo to vacation at the beach. Because we use this home, we have decorated and maintained it not so much for rental but for our enjoyment, so it's nicer than you might expect from a beach rental.

Guests have complimented our condo as being incredibly welcoming with everything provided that even might be needed. "It's as though you read our mind" . We have stocked the condo so that we have to bring only our clothes and necessities when we visit. So guests are gifted with what we provide for ourselves.
We are located on what locals call "The Strand" which is a spit of land only a few hundred feet wide. Mission Blvd. runs down the middle of it and the Pacific is just steps away as well as Mission Bay on the other side.
It's a truly unique location. The bright atmosphere first attracted us to this condo but the additional advantages that we appreciate now are the proximity to restaurants, shops and rental businesses. Not to mention the beach and bay on either side of the building. We can pull in to the gated and secure garage and never use our car again until we're ready to return on our journey.
