Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The house was huge!!! Three couples had plenty of space to spread out. The pool and spa were perfect. There is a cage over pool area and the jets did work, the temperature was just right. The Meadows is beautiful with miles of trails for riding bikes, which we rented and were delivered right to the house. We had nice warm days to drive to the beach too. I would certainly recommend staying here😍

Easy check in process, there is no pool cage which should have been specified in the listing which is a big selling factor,insects and wasps around the patio, that was a problem with the baby and grand children we had with us,pool side kitchen area had mouse or rat droppings in drawers and in the grill which you cook on

Perfect house for a family gathering!

Had the best time here. So spacious, all the amenities needed for a traveling family. And great pool! We used it all the time. The property managers were fantastic to deal with. All around amazing stay!

Great Location Great Space

Can't say enough good things about this property. Ample space for everyone, and so close to shops and restaurants. It was a relative short drive to Lido Beach/St.Armand Circle and was the perfect location when we were competing at Nathan Benderson Park. We would give it more stars if we could. Property manager answered our questions pretty quickly!

Sarasota Vacation

FIVE STARS!!!! Our family stayed in this stunning home for a week when we moved our daughter to Sarasota. Nothing but positive feedback. The hosts were responsive to email questions prior to our trip. A three ring binder with very helpful home and area information was available. The home was clean, had plenty of space and wonderful amenities such as a heated pool, hot tub and lanai area. Coffee maker, appliances, dishes, utensils and cleaning supplies were provided. A/C, consistent Wifi, TV and speakers worked great. Front loading washer and dryer easily accessible. Each of the four bedrooms had its own full bath. Location was perfect for beaches, groceries, restaurants and shopping. We are so grateful to the hosts for sharing their beautiful property. We would love to return to this home in the future. Highly recommend!

Nice house with private pool!

We had a nice time staying at the property. The kitchen had everything that we need. When it was raining due to tropical storm Elsa, the mall near by was a big plus for the kids. The property manager responded quickly when we contacted them. It would be better if we can get some fresh mango and star fruits from the trees on the backyard. Hopefully next time!!!

Would not recommend!

The outside of the house is beautiful! The inside leaves much to be desired. We had issue after issue from the refrigerator breaking, dryer didn’t work right, ants all over, cockroaches everywhere, the pool turned slimy green on day 3. The reality company that this is booked through (Precise Realty) was horrible to work with and very unprofessional. When we called with our concerns their response was “Do you want us to burn it down and build you a new one”? After the fridge broke and we contacted them they told us we had to wait till the next morning and call and let them know if it was still broke. We did that and they told us they would send someone right over. At 7:00 that night and after we had already lost items due to warmth in the fridge someone came. The pool could not be used because it was completely green and disgusting! We could not let the kids in the pool which is one of the main reasons we rented that house. We were very dissatisfied for the amount of money we spent to rent this for a week. I would look elsewhere so you don’t have the issues we had. We lost three days of vacation messing with things in this house to fix and clean

A nice place to be

We wanted a house where we could quarantine for two weeks. The house had everything we needed. It all worked and the pool was fantastic. There are no jets in the hot tub, but it gets nice and hot with a remote control. It’s a nice neighborhood for walking and very close to a great Whole Foods and tons of restaurants. We highly recommend it.

Great Family Home

Our 2 week stay was perfect. The house was clean and large enough that all of us had our own bedrooms/bathrooms. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Located in a great area. Jennifer was extremely attentive to a few minimal things we needed taken care of while we were there. We were all happy to make this our home for 2 weeks. Just an FYI for any future bookings this back yard/pool area doesn’t get much sun. This is the only thing I would have liked but all in all we were super happy with the whole experience

Very nice!

The house is older but very beautiful! It has been well maintained. If you are coming to the beach with your family there is everything in the house you will need! My family really enjoyed our stay! The pool is larger and deeper than most at rentals we have stayed at. The managers, Michelle and Jennifer were great. I highly recommend!! 😊

We enjoyed this beautiful well kept home and wish we could have stayed longer. The Meadows is a very quiet peaceful community. We definitely would consider staying in this home for future vacations.

True to form

Thank you for making our holiday a home from home, it was the cleanest user friendliest villa we have ever had in Florida. Managed to a high standard (even left us a stroller)with managers on the ball would not hesitate to return nor hesitate to recommend to all.

The Meadows is ideally located in beautiful Sarasota. Known as the cultural center of Florida and host to many renowned festivals and cultural events, Sarasota is a world-class city of great diversity in the arts, music and theatre. The SCAT bus runs through The Meadows and there are many stores in The Meadows Shopping Center.
