Upon entry, you are greeted by an impressive foyer that welcomes you to both the common and private areas of this nearly 4,000 square foot home. Built in 1985 and remodeled in 2023, the open floor plan of this 4-bedroom home is enhanced by gorgeous white oak flooring and professional interior design. The home features a state-of-the-art kitchen with top-of-the-line custom cabinetry, Thermador(R) appliances, weathered Quartzite(R) countertops, and custom tile work. A pillar flanked sunroom with skylights and bank of windows perfectly frames westerly views of the water. The living room is adjacent and features more cozy seating with a TV over the fireplace. Additionally on the second level, another loft area greets you at the landing with views of Crow's Pond. There is a second bedroom up here with a King bed and an exceptionally appointed full bathroom. There is also a bedroom on the lower level with two twin-over-full bunk beds. There is a full bathroom on this level as well.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $225. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
