Located in the family-friendly Walden community of Montgomery, TX. With lots of activities and community access to the Walden Yacht Club's pools, golf course, boat ramps, park, gym, and more. There is something for all of the family to enjoy! For dining visit Breakwater Grille or Walden's Lakeview Dining for great food with views of the beautiful Lake Conroe. With a short 10-minute drive you can visit Margaritaville's lakeside Landshark Bar & Grill.

The property includes:

Three Bedrooms/Two Full Bathrooms: Perfectly suited for a family, each bedroom is designed to provide a cozy and private retreat.
- Master Bedroom: King Size Bed w/ private full bathroom, TV, Luggage Rack
- 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed, TV, Luggage Rack
-3rd Bedroom: Two Twin Beds, TV, Luggage Rack

Living Room:
-58-inch TV with comfortable couch and two chairs (seats 6 total)

Dining Room:
Beautiful dining room table with chairs to seat 6

Kitchen:
Fully furnished and equipped kitchen with stainless steel stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker

Laundry:
Washer and Dryer provided on site for your needs

Game Room:
Completely blacked out, creating a dramatic and immersive atmosphere with LED lights illuminating the space in vibrant colors, casting a dynamic glow. These lights can be customized to suit your mood or game.
**Includes: TV, table with Popcorn Machine and bowls (1 kit provided), deck of cards, dart boards, cornhole boards, indoor basketball, pool table, and ping pong table

Outdoor Space: A seating area to enjoy the wood fireplace and charcoal grill (wood and charcoal will not be provided), with a fenced in yard where kids can play and adults can unwind.

Lake Access: Conveniently located with boat ramps and easy access to the lake.
