AIR CONDITIONING DETAILS: Colorado summers are generally mild and perfect for soaking up the mountain air, but we’ve made sure the home stays comfortable no matter the temperature. The main living area is cooled by a built-in evaporative cooler (“swamp cooler”). We’ve also recently added high-efficiency air-conditioning in the main master bedroom and in the first-floor private guest quarters. You will also have an additional portable air conditioning unit! We also have fans and windows if you prefer alfresco-style cooling.

Second Floor (Main Level): Spacious Living and Dining Areas
The second floor offers a bright and spacious living area with seating for your party. The dining area includes a large table and bar seating, perfect for gathering over meals. The kitchen allows you to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners. There’s also a full bathroom on this floor for added convenience.

On the third floor, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom for extra privacy and luxury. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom, providing plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day of adventure.

An OPTIONAL HOT TUB is also available—After booking, you will be asked to complete a mandatory waiver and a $75 cleaning fee apply if you choose to use the hot tub.
