With a quick, easy drive to the Oceanside Harbor, Tyson Street park/beach, Buccaneer Beach Park, bike rentals, surfing spots, pier fishing, and the bustling downtown area, there's never a dull moment.

The Space:
This single-level home is fully remodeled and updated. You will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a cozy living room, and original craftsman hardwood flooring.

The kitchen features an open layout and granite counters and is fully equipped. Feed the kiddos easily on the kitchen bar while they’re entertained with a DirectTV movie or show!

In fact, if you plan on entertaining the family, perhaps spread out on the large stamped concrete patio complete with recessed lighting, a fire pit, Bose surround sound, and even a lime tree!

Rest easy in the brand new King bed in the master bedroom, Queen-sized bed, and 1 Twin over Full bunk bed in the second bedroom. There’s plenty of space for 6!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and spacious backyard :)

The San Diego area is a hub of excitement; you're just moments away from it all. Immerse yourself in the adventure of Legoland, the San Diego Zoo-Safari Park, Sea World, and the iconic San Diego Zoo. And for a touch of enchantment, Disneyland is just an hour's drive away. With ten stunning local beaches within reach, you'll feel the sand between your toes in no time. Moreover, a wealth of cultural attractions, from the Mission San Luis Rey to the Oceanside Surf Museum, are just a 20-minute drive away.

Lawn Care: 🌱 Our professional landscaping team, Good Ole Bois SD, usually visits on the 2nd/3rd week of each month, with a start time of 9 AM (earliest) 🌞. Please note, the schedule may vary depending on weather conditions. ☀️🌧️ ‼️
