Beautiful newly renovated First Floor condo in the heart of Orlando, 2 Private Bedrooms with 2 private baths, and the living room offers an additional cozy queen size daybed for extra guests. Central location, next to a world renowned golf courses, 10 minutes away from Universal Studio, minutes away from Disney, International Drive, Mall at the Millennium, and everything fun Orlando has to offer. A great place to call home while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Self-serve coffee/ tea and assorted pastries or bread available. ***Please be advised that parties are strictly prohibited.***
If you are an easy going traveler, who appreciates a clean apartment, clean sheets and towels in a nice place you’re welcome to stay. Not what we expected

Not a "penthouse" it's a first floor condo. Exposed wires and fan in bathroom, missing and mismatched light bulbs, coffee maker and dishes were dirty, not enough coffee to make a cup, blankets felt like curtains, no lights in closets and over showers, no dressers, no instruction were pool was located, couch is not a sleeper sofa, condo was dirty overall didnt seem like it was cleaned before check in, hairs in the bathroom drawers, someones brush and someones mail, not what we expected but was with 15-30 mins to the Universal Parks

Different

Check in is at 3 p.m. we showed up about 5 p.m. and had to wait 30 mins for the lady to show up to bring me the key. They had the a/c set on a timer to just turn off. So we had to continuously keep turning the air on. I personally didnt see any but my coworker had a cockroach crawling on him the 1st night.There is some work that needs to be done in both bathrooms that was started but never finished. I wont be attempting to stay there again.

Unauthorized and Unprepared

Beautiful property, but I could tell the host was new to the vacation home process. Me and my guest were provided with 3 towels in total for our stay of almost a week. The washer and dryer were present in the house but locked behind closed doors so we could not do our laundry. The complimentary coffee and pastries in the description of the property were not there and when I asked about it the host told me there was a walmart right down the street. The cabinets in the kitchen were very unorganized and filled with trash, and there were no paper towels or cleaning materials made available to us other than a kitchen towel and dish soap. On our last day I got a warning sticker on my car saying I was not allowed to park in the spot that the host specifically told me to park. Talked with the guy that gave me the sticker and he said Vrbo rentals are not allowed in the community under the HOA. Interesting.

Handy location

Handy location. Ground floor so don't need to carry suitcases up stairs. Check in process took longer than it needed to. When phoned the gate the host did not hear our call or our voice mail. We had to park nearby, walk through the complex to the condo to get the keycard for the gate and walk back to the car. Not ideal after a long day of flying.
