Nukkuu jopa 16. Makuuhuoneessa on 1 king size-vuode, sohva ja TV. Toisessa huoneessa on yksi king, 3. huoneessa on 2 kuningatara, 4. huoneessa on kuningatar ja kerrossänky (lisäksi 2 ilmapatjaa on saatavana). Master-kylpyhuoneessa on suihku / amme, toisessa kylpyhuoneessa on erillinen suihku wc: stä ja turhamaisuus, ja olohuoneen pääkerroksessa on puoli kylpyamme. Olohuoneessa on 2 isoa sohvaa. Ruokasalissa on ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu mukavasti 10. Kaksi puulämmitteistä takkaa. Keittiössä on mikroaaltouuni, sähköliesi ja jääkaappi sekä kaikki tarvittavat välineet. Charcoal BBQ, ajotie, joka pysäköi jopa 8 autoa, jopa 2 matkailuautoa. Yksityinen uima-aukko aurinkoa, uintia, letkua ja kalastusta varten. TV DVD-soittimella ja suuri DVD-kokoelma. Kaikki liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Pesutupa, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Kuusi kannetta upealla näköalalla Sequoia-puistoon ja Morro Rockiin.

Great location, beautiful setting

The house fit our two families (9 total) comfortably. Amazing swimming hole just steps away, safely enjoyed by kids of various ages. The host was very responsive to any issues to arose.

Great place to stay!

We had a large group of family stay for a few days. Loved the location and the house. It was very comfortable and enjoyable and well stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the balconies on the river, although the river was a little loud this time of year. Beautiful!

Quirky house in a great location

Fun, quirky house in a great location. Pros...location! Well-stocked. Good communication with owner. Flexible floorplan for families. Cons...swimming hole is not at all private. House could use a deep cleaning and dusting. Bedding is not great. All in all a good property.

New Year Celebration !!!

Everything was great! We had an amazing time. The property is right next to the river and, when windows are opened, you can either wake or sleep to it. About 5 minutes from the Sequoia national Park entrance. If you buy a pass, it’s good for seven days.

Great Location for Sequioah National Park

Enjoyed a our stay! Great location on the river and close to Seqouiah National Park. Property is good for large family; we had 8 and we were very comfortable. Needs a little attention to cleanliness. Older property and it is showing its age.

Beautiful Home, Great View, Super Close to National Park

The house was the perfect fit for our party of 13 (some of my family cancelled due to health emergencies). Plenty of room! Could have easily fit 18. I loved that it was close to the Park. We enjoyed the fireplace and cozy interior.

Breathtaking Views

While this location is quite dated and could use a deep scrubbing, the positives so much outnumber the minor negatives that this would absolutely be a place we would not only recommend to others, but would return to if we came back to this area in the future. The location to the entrance of Sequoia is amazing and makes your trip easy and convenient. Everyone from the Three Rivers community were so pleasant, welcoming and willing to help. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

Great house very spacious

Everything was perfect alot of room and everything was clean just as described. Check in was easy will stay again forsure. Only one small issue the wifi was really slow but maybe it was due to the location.

Perfect family house and location

We had a five night stay with our grown children and our grandchildren, wish it could have been longer. Great place for a family gathering. We cooked/made all our meals in, good kitchen & had everything needed. The house and views are amazing, proximity to the river for cooling off was perfect as was quick access to the National Forest. Only reason for knocking a point off of cleanliness was due to a technical problem we learned the housekeepers and owner were already on; owner was very responsive. If we get the opportunity we will happily return.

We got there at 3pm , and i was told that check in was at 4pm, although email said at 3pm. Neighboor to the left of the house was always screaming at us, and we werent not been loud at all, overall the whole family enjoied it and we coming back in the summer!!!!!!

Just perfect!

Honestly, five nights were just not enough here. I drove away (with literal tears in my eyes) wishing I had booked for at least another two. Waking up to the sunrise over the mountains and the river every morning was just breathtaking. The location was great, with lots of little shops and restaurants just minutes down the road. We all thoroughly enjoyed the private swimming hole. It is a little steep to get down to, but we got used to it pretty quickly. Overall, I don't think we could've found a better place to stay! The house had everything we needed to feel at home away from home, and Tennison was very responsive any time we had questions leading up to our stay! 10/10!

The home was excellent with almost all the facilities. We had a great time there..specially we enjoyed the scenic beauty of the place..my only complain is regarding the WiFi..we were promised that there will be WiFi and password will be there on the refrigerator..we could not find it, and when contacted the manager told that he will get back to us. But I din't hear anything back and later when I tried to call again nobody pick it up. This was the only disappointment I had..otherwise it's a perfect holiday home.

White Castle was all we hoped it be!

Family reunion with our daughter/family and our son/family (11 of us total). The house was perfect with plenty of room. The views from each window were breath-takingly beautiful! We all loved the architecture and colorful tiles in the bathrooms. The downstairs bath was great as the make-up table, toilet and shower were separate allowing the use of 3 individuals to use independently. The only negative was the difficulty of getting to the river. I have RA and couldn't descend the trail down but the other 10 members did and enjoyed cooling off after hiking in the Sequoia's at the end of the day. Thank you Tennison for sharing your home with us and always responding quickly to our questions!

Three rivers castle house

Overall our stay was positive. The location is outstanding. Close to the park entrance. Right on the river. Turkeys both mornings. Plenty of beds. The issue we had was that there was a miscommunication between management and cleaning crew. We checked into an unclean house and had to spend our first evening cleaning and doing laundry. Our first evening of two was pretty much wasted. After we got things cleaned up our stay was great. The cleaning lady came by and was super nice and sorry that we were subject to an uncleaned house at check in. The host did refund us the cleaning fee but I didn’t feel that just a cleaning fee reimbursement was enough. If it was my place I would have reimbursed at least half if not all of the first day. Oh well.

Location, house, and owners far exceeded our high expectations!

We found that the pictures are accurate, this place has 4 or 5 decks looking over the river, the view of Moro rock and snow capped mountains inside the park with the river running right next to us, it was surreal. When we arrived at the house we were pleasantly surprised with a personal handwritten note welcoming us, and Valentine's day gifts of local wine and fruit, the welcome binder was also well organized giving us a chance to quickly read rules and essentials without becoming a hassle settling in with two young children. The house itself was still perfect when the rest of our group of 5 families(10 adults, 5 children) arrived, there was some room sharing, but square footage of the house was well balanced, we were comfortable with the space and felt that the common areas were a mix of spacious and cozy that felt like home. The house was CLEAN, since we have small children crawling on floors this is something we are very particular about, and always gives us pause when looking at a place to stay, the owners/management deserve a lot of credit for maintaining it so well, I only saw one spider while there which is saying a lot, because it's just reality that there are usually a lot of pest's in a location like that. I think the drive from the house to the park entrance took less than 5 mins, our Winter stay was amazing, if you are considering whether or not to stay here in Winter, for us it's definitely worthwhile and we will try to go back in the Summer as well. Family getaway

House did not meet expectation as it mention in the description. House supply was not met as it stated. Left us a small amount of dish soap didn’t last us for our 3 night stay. My family Ioves to cook the dish soap was gone the first day. We had to stop at the store to get more to last our stay. The breaker keeps triggering we can’t even use the ac wall unit or charged our phone in the third floor. It was so hot up there no one sleep in there until it was cooler in the evening. Wi-Fi totally sucks. Was not able to connect the tv to the Wi-Fi we went 4 days without Netflix or YouTube. My guest rather go sleep early. The bbq grill lit up in flame and burn my husband hand. They left a whole bowl of oil and a bowl of ashes inside the grill that was not dumped out so the oil lit up in flame. We had to clean it before even can use it. We came back from a day of hiking and found a ac tech waiting outside. We weren’t aware of it and weren’t notify that someone was coming. It was very disturbing. The washer and dryer take up over an hour to wash and dry 1 load of clothes and it dispense a small amount of water to wash the clothes under the large load. The water level was not even half and does not reach to the level of the clothes. Had to re wash my clothes when we got home. Was not able to get a hold of the host due to the poor Wi-Fi connection. Only connection I can get was on my way up to the top of the mountain where I can only get an amount of small cellular connection. The only thing I enjoy at this house was the view of the river. It was spectacular other then that I would not come back to this property or would not recommend.

Great space but house needs TLC and cleaning

We had a 4 night stay at this property in August. I am not one to write reviews particularly if there are not so positive things to say. I have booked several times through VRBO, Home Away and this is the first time that I visited a property that was so badly taken care of. It is a beautiful space but it was very dirty,, no exaggeration. Luckily I was able to get there ahead of the other 7 people so that I could try to add a little furniture polish and get a better scent in the air. But that's all that I could do. Cleaning this house would require at minimum two days from top to bottom. The doors are filthy, all the doors in the house, they need wiping down really badly, the windowsills were dirty, the walls were not only dirty but had damage, there was a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms. I was a bit embarrassed quite honestly. The refrigerator was dirty, underneath the vegetable drawers were so dirty. The oven dirty as well. I tried to clean things up so that we could feel somewhat comfortable. The upstairs bathroom shower wall was stained. I am still itching just thinking about how dirty the place was. Yet it is such a beautiful piece of property and a great house. If nothing else what I suggest is to at least hire a really good house cleaning team to scrub down the house properly. I am so sorry to have to write this review but I am doing it hoping that the owner will really consider paying someone to do a proper cleaning. The house also needs painting really badly on the inside, and water damage to the ceilings in living room.The dishwasher is also missing. The trash cans in the kitchen need to be cleaned properly and around the faucet in the kitchen. Again this is no exaggeration . This is the first bad review I have ever written. Yes it is a business but it cant always be about just grabbing the money, we must care as well and show gratitude to those who come to relax and enjoy the space by paying for it. It is so important that we care. I had seen some of these reviews after booking but I had hoped that it would not be that bad and sadly it really was. I want this to continue to be a thriving business for the owner and also a place of enjoyment for those booking this space in the future. The business will thrive even more with more TLC. Despite all of that we had a great time in being able to view the river through the windows and to hear the water rushing by was really awesome!

If you like rustic.....

If your idea of "rustic" includes battling ants in the kitchen, inadequate air conditioning, cobwebs, bugs throughout, and most importantly, the smell of raw sewage, then this is the place you are looking for. As soon as we started unpacking in the kitchen, we noticed hundreds of ants. The cleaners had just left the house as we actually talked to them as they were leaving, but live and dead bugs were everywhere. We contacted the owner immediately. Here is the direct quote he gave us, "I recommend going and buying ant traps." For the rest of the stay, all groceries were left in the refrigerator to deal with the ants. On the second day, we noticed the smell of sewer. It got worse every day, especially early in the morning with everyone showering etc. We left a voice mail and the response was by txt several hours later, telling us to " buy some septic tank stuff or I can have my guy come by." Another day later, he came by. The smell was unbearable. He immediately said the tank needed to be pumped. No news to us. We left a day and a half early, not knowing if it would get pumped, because the smell had become just to much for everyone to take. Not sure if it ever got pumped. The pics give the impression that its kinda out on its own. It is not. Neighbors are within a stones throw. And they are very unfriendly. The swimming area is not easy to access for young kids as it is steep. It also has a lot of trash around it. The house house has not been kept up. Windows are rotting and wont close, some have been replaced with cardboard, ceilings need to be repaired from leaks, foam has been used to seal holes in the interior, curtains are hung up by tacks, couple stairs sag when you walk on them, a blown outlet with visible flame damage in the basement, just to mention a few things. 4 TVs, but no cable or antennas. There are 5 beds in this house. That doesnt hold 15+ ppl as the add suggests. If you used the pee stained blow up bed that we saw in the closet, it could be 6 beds. There are not enough dishes to make dinner for that many people either. There is only 1 hot water tank. There were 2 at one time, but the owner must have decided it wasnt worth replacing like many other things in the house. Showers for 10 ppl ran the tank out. AC in upstairs doesnt handle the sq.footage. Its hot. The original ac has been replaced with a window unit. Also no cell reception unless AT&T. Which we were unaware of until after arrival. Also no land line for emergencies.

Great location for Sequoia National Park

It was a great place to stay for our family to go to Sequoia National Park due to our size and the number of bedrooms required. Great communication from the owner leading up to and during our stay. Wish it would’ve had one more bathroom and shower on the lower level.

Three Rivers is a very special place, and for some a hidden California gem! Nestled in the foothills, you can be at the sequoia trees within 45 minutes, or be on the lake in 15...the nights are star-filled, the weather is always amazing, the hum of the river slides you into immediate relaxation! The town has a population of roughly 3,000 people, so it is small yet still provides many necessary amenities...a few restaurants, two markets, gas stations, art galleries, video store, gift shops, organic farm, and more...the house is a couple of miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park and one mile from entrance to Mineral King! The Kaweah Lake is a man-made reservoir lake which provides for great bass fishing, recreational water skiing, jet skiing, houseboat rentals and more.

The 'White House' has its own private swimming hole, perfect for sunbathing, swimming and fishing! The house was built with views in mind...most windows and decks face east toward the park. The granite rocks at the entrance to the house have the original 'grinding holes' by the local Indian tribe, the Potwisha, who would grind acorn into maze, their most common food! The house is awesome in many ways...it was built with entertaining in mind, there is a very nice flow of spaciousness and can support many guests comfortably, or be the perfect getaway for a couple! FYI AT&T is only cell service in Three Rivers, but the house does have wifi and a landline!
