HGTV valitsi tämän kodin koko sivustosta AS-mallin mukaan ihanteellisen loma-asunnon! Koti oli vain uusittu ja uudet kuvat näytetään 11-2018!
Nauti kaikki yksityisyyden 3 makuuhuone sviittiä ja 30 x 28 jalka holvikatto suuri huone ja 26 jalka lasi näkymä altaalle ja kaunis pitkä vesi mieltä! Kaikki asuintilojen ovat yhdessä tasossa. Pohjaratkaisu kuuluu suuri huone, joka koostuu täydellinen keittiö, erillinen ruokailutila, olohuone kaikki avoinna Lanai altaan ja vesi mieltä! Suuri huone on 65 tuuman tv. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode 50 tuuman taulu voit nauttia vettä näkymä taas sängyssä ja oma kylpyamme. Helppo pysäköinti 3 autolle ja pitkä ajotieltä mahtuu enemmän pysäköinti. Keskeisellä paikalla koti lähellä kaikkea saarella

Päällikkö kylpy on 2 henkilöä puutarha amme ja ylisuuren suihku ja kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus. Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta, joissa parivuode ja omat kylpyhuoneet. Liinavaatteet, propaani grilli, rantapyyhkeet, ja polkupyöriä, tennis raquets, kalastus pylväät, lautapelit ovat kaikki käytettävissä. Minä ja vaimo elämme lakihuoneistossa, jossa on erillinen pysäköinti sisäänkäynti äänieristetty. The house was amazing. We had a wonderful time. Very clean and Tom was a great host. He texted the day of letting us know we could check in early if we wanted. The pool area was fantastic, our son loved swimming and we enjoyed sitting out there. Our last morning there we outside sitting and we saw two dolphins playing in the channel, what a great way to end our trip. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place!!!!

Tom was the perfect host. His communication was perfect and he responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay in this absolutely gorgeous house!!! Great stay in paradise

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks, and our daughters each came for a visit with their husbands and our granddaughter. It is a beautiful home! The layout is great and it is very spacious with a beautiful view of the water from the lanai. There’s plenty to do very close to the home, and lots of great restaurants nearby. It was a terrific escape from the snow and cold back home!

Fabulous!

The photos, descriptions, and amazing feedback from other renters were spot on. We had access to 2 bikes as well as fishing gear for the dock. We even had a dolphin visit our little slice of heaven which captivated our family. One week was not enough to do all the exploring we wanted to do. We will be back!

Marco Island Vacation

Tom's property was exactly as advertised, fabulous! It is the cleanest property we've ever rented, fully stocked with anything we needed and Tom responded immediately to any question we posed to him. This is a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and within an easy walk/drive to all the public beaches on the island. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Gorgeous home, Great neighborhood

We rented this home with 2 other couples. The house was exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was picturesque, we frequently enjoyed the beauty of the area. There is a grocery store within walking distance so that was helpful for meals we didn't want to eat out.

Nice and clean home. If your cold nature this house is for you. I didn’t notice in the description that you’re not allowed to turn the air down past 74 degrees, it’s 90 plus degrees here every day and yes we kept the blinds closed. The master bedroom and bath was very warm. The week there the pool pump was out and there were tiny bugs everywhere!!

Relaxing week at Marco island

We had a amazing stay for a week. The house and pool was clean, well stocked and perfect for our stay with 5 adults. The location was good. Though the beach was a mile or two away we enjoyed the walk. The owners responded to our requests. There were some water supply issues around the house. The owners handled it with urgency and gave us discount. All in all we loved the house and Marco island.

Great Spring Break

We stayed at Tom & Gabriela’s beautiful home this past week 3/2-3/9/24, our first spring break that both college kids aligned up in 3 years! The property was beautiful and clean, really loved the black and white as it is similar to our home, which made it more comfortable. Marco Island was a first for us and enjoyed it overall, clean friendly and easy to get around. The back patio and pool was enjoyed all day and evenings. Dock access was great for fishing and kayaking and the view down the canal was beautiful. I'm not sure if Tom & Gabriela are aware that two burrowing Owls roost in the palms next to the pool, ALL Day everyday we were there, I mean they were 4-6 feet away at head level and did not care how often we looked or snapped pictures, they were so breathtakingly perfect little creatures. We would definitely recommend this house!

We overall had a great stay at this home! It was just as we expected from the pictures. The home was large with bathrooms for each bedroom. The kitchen is a great size if you need to cook or prepare meals, even though we ate out many times. The house was extremely clean! It was well stocked with beach toys for our toddler to use. Even though the owners live on site, it was very private which we appreciated. The house is about a 10 minute golf cart ride from restaraunts, stores and the beach. My only complaint was that the pool was too cold to use several days. During our stay, we had storms almost every day which we totally understand as we come from a beach town in SC. Between the rain showers and storms, we had hoped to use the pool but it was too cold. I was under the impression that it was a heated pool and had asked the owner before arriving what the temperature of the pool was set at. I was told they had not had any complaints about the pool temperature. Now reading the fine print of the information, the pool is solar heated and is turned off certain months of the year. I would say this was our only disappointment of the house. Its a beautiful house centrally located near everything you need!

Property was nice! Everything was clean and welĺ maintained. We went in July and the weather was hot! Pool was nice, the water temp was like a warm bath. Solar heated and in full sun most of the day..so to be expected. Central location and easy access to all Marco Island offers. We enjoyed our stay. Host was accessible and communicated with us easily. Everything was there to go to the beach and enjoy the day. A map of the island provided activities, restaurants, etc. Really relaxing. We would return.

Marco vacation house

Communication was fantastic from start to finish. Even though the owners were on the premises in an arched house, you would never have known it. Great location with a short drive anywhere on the island. This house was exactly as the pictures had portrayed. Clean and well cared for. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen that had every utensil we could have needed. The only downfall was that the pool was too hot to use, but this was no fault of the owners. The weather was over 90 degrees our entire trip. We truly enjoyed our stay in this home and look forward to our next trip.

Goes against the current VRBO commercial with Saban.

The house was nice enough. Unfortunately, there is nothing in the listing that says the home owner is living under the same roof. I guess the Nick Saban commercial by VRBO is for laughs and something they do not practice. The house was definitely priced as though it was a single family residence.

Wonderful Experience

We had a great week in this beautiful home! Really appreciate that the owners let us check in early. Home layout was perfect as our college students had their own end of the house while my husband and I had the other end. Beautiful home and gorgeous view. Very convenient location. Too cool to use the pool but enjoyed sitting outside.
