Koe trooppinen loisto tämän rannan, eteläinen altistuminen 3 makuuhuonetta, 3 täysi kylpyamme kotiin lämmitetty uima-allas ja kylpylä. Tämä terävästi sisustettu koti tarjoaa makuuhuoneen sviitti ja vieras sviitti, molemmat king-vuodetta! Kaikissa kolmessa kylpyhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone suihkulla! Moderniin ominaisuuksiin kuuluu runsaasti äskettäin päivitettyä omaisuutta. Uudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, äänijärjestelmä, taulutelevisiot, BluRay / DVD-soittimet, uudet AC, kajakit, polkupyörät, Polywood ulkokalusteet ja 3 kattoterassia Lanain. Äskettäin lisätyt telakan nostolaitteet helpottamaan kajakkeja hauskan kanavan melontaan ja mitä me kutsumme "Dolphin Chasingiksi"! NYT tarjoavat vaihtoehtoisia / joustavia muutoksia päivien aikana. Meillä on ilo ilmoittaa, että IRMA-korjaukset ovat valmiit ja talo ei ole koskaan ollut parempaa! Hyödynnimme vuokra-ajan aika tehdä erilaisia päivityksiä, toivomme vuokralaisimme arvostavat myös uuden uima-altaan, jossa on kaksi laajakuvaikkunaa, uusi maisema-valaistus, joka takaa selän, uuden maton makuuhuonetta, uusi kahvila-tyyli istumalla lanai, ja paljon muuta. Meidän 2018 vuokraajat todella on rento ja mukava koti pysyä aikana Marco Island loma!

Vain lisätty kommentti 3 kylpyhuoneen ominaisuuksiin omaisuutta ... kun aloitimme aluksi vuokrata taloja Marcoa useita vuosia sitten, aina vitsailimme, että "lapset eivät mielellään jakaa kylpyhuoneen isoäidin ja isoäidin kanssa!" Olemme myöhemmin oppineet, että he todella ajattelivat ... iso järkytys! Joten kun päätimme ostaa paikan, meillä oli oltava talo, jossa on kolme kylpyhuonetta. Third year renting this property.

We really enjoy the location of the house relative to the beaches, Esplanade and other attractions. The house is well maintained, well equipped and has all the amenities (pool, whirlpool, kayaks, bikes) you could want. We are already talking about returning next year!

60th Birthday Girls Trip

Friends and I came to celebrate our 60th birthdays and had a great time chilling at the pool and hot tub, kayaking and hitting all the fun spots in Marco. The house was clean, well stocked and in a great location. Would highly recommend! Hope to come back again!

Family spring break

wonderful outdoor area by pool and deck with kayaks! Was impressed with all the bikes, and beach necessities! Property was very clean, plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking/baking. Bedrooms had plenty of pillows, etc. Owners were wonderful on answering all questions quickly and easy to work with. Only downfall was a little far to walk with beach equipment to carry, but wonderful neighborhood/ area!

Perfect Location For Our Family of Four

This was our fifth time staying on Marco Is., and our second renting a house. As our kids have aged into middle and high school, a vacation rental just make more sense than one of the expensive hotels or even condos right on the beach that can be double the price, and for a lot less space. This house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. The bikes and kayaks were an excellent option for us each day, and Tigertail and South Beaches are just a short 5 min. drive away (beach chairs included!) The outdoor patio/pool/deck area was outstanding and a big reason why we choose the house. Eric and Jean were great hosts - easy to communicate with every step of the way.

Wonderful Home

The house is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks, and bikes. Everything was in wonderful condition. We thought we would spend more time at the beach but the house and pool were so comfortable we spent a couple days at the pool and skipped the beach. Amazing Home!!

This is our second time at this location and it is amazing!! Eric and Jean are awesome property managers and are always there to assist with any questions or concerns. Amazing Home and Location!!

My wife and I stayed for a getaway week in April and the home is fabulous!! The location is perfect, the home is very well equipped and exactly as described, and the view from the lanai is amazing!! The garage contains everything you need for the beach and the bikes are quality units that we used each morning. The owners were very accommodating and fast with communication. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be planning another visit!!

Loved Marco!

This property was exactly as advertised. There are several expectations for your stay here, but they were very clear and easy to follow. We loved the kayaks (the lowering dock) and the bikes. It was so nice to have those to use whenever we wanted instead of having to rent them. Marco Island is a beautiful place!

Excellent Location - Great House

We really enjoyed out stay! The house has everything you would need, including beach chairs, fishing gear (you just need live shrimp bait), beach towels, pool, hot tub, kayaks, bikes, etc. The house is well kept up and clean. The dock was in great shape, and the boat lift worked well, which meant getting the kayaks into the water we easy. Jean and Eric were also great to work with. We would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect House

The house was beautiful. Nice to have 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.Pool was nice especially with the hot tub. Beach was a little further than I anticipated but a nice bike ride away. Nice big beach with beautiful gulf water. The kayaks were a plus! both moms and the kids loved using them.

Marco Island Paradise

Our stay at this beautiful house was fantastic. The house had all the comforts of home and then some. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, spa and lanai everyday. The dock with the automated lift for the kayaks made kayaking easy. We had so much fun kayaking through the miles of canals and enjoying the views from the water. In the house, everything we could ever need was there. The beds were very comfortable and having large, luxurious en-suites with each bedroom was very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the house is located in a very convenient location, within minutes to all of Marco Islands best restaurants and beaches. Eric and Jean were very good hosts and were prompt in answering any questions we had during our stay… Thanks Eric and Jean!

Relaxing vacation

My husband and I and our 2 adult children just came back from the most relaxing week ever. We have had a very stressful year, and this is just what we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better home. It had everything we needed, plus more. Very clean and great location. We used the bikes, but did not try the kayaks. I probably would have rolled over!😂😂. Anyway, I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone.

Winter Vacation

The property is well maintained, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well appointed for all dining styles. The pool area and the dock add additional choices for outdoor seating no matter what the weather may do. The pool and spa were very clean and provide an enjoyable alternative to the beach. The kayaks and powered dock platform were an excellent way to be on the water and see the surrounding area. Eric and Jean could not have been more communicative and quickly addressed any question or concerns we had. For us this house was the best residence we've rented on Marco Island.

Beautiful winter getaway

We just wanted to tell Jean and Eric thank you for allowing us to use their home for a week to get out of the Chicago winter. Everything was perfect except a couple minor issues that Jean and Eric addressed immediately. The best part (other than the pool) were all the amenities that were provided with the rental for our use. The bikes were very nice for getting around the island without having to use the car or walking everywhere. See you next year. Thanks again Jean and Eric

Good house

Good house. Each bathroom is an on suite there is no common bathroom in the house. Other things to be aware of , you have to purchase laundry detergent. The house came with 1 paper towel roll and a couple toilet paper rolls for each bathroom. You have to buy your own if you need more. Overall good home to rent. Quick communication from owner.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!!!!

What a wonderful place for our family to relax and enjoy beautiful Marco Island. The house is perfect and provides many opportunities for activities. The lift for the kayaks made it so easy! The ride to the beach on the bikes was great, we saw great wildlife on our adventures. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook in from the seafood market. Lots of little extras that most condo rentals do not provide. We grilled out and ate on the lanai several nights. The pool and spa were terrific. Our kids loved the screened area and watching the canal while floating in the pool! Sitting out on the dock in the mornings watching the fish and reading was peaceful and relaxing. Jean was so helpful with any of our questions about near by adventures. We visited Tigertail Beach twice, each time finding beautiful shells and feeling like we had our own private beach. We highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone that wishes for a beautiful and relaxing getaway! It is plenty big and spacious with all the extras you could hope for in a vacation home. We hope to return again soon.

After vacationing in Marco Island and renting homes over the last five years, we decided to try our hand at vacation ownership! We take a lot of pride in our property and use it for our own vacations as well. You should expect this unit to be very clean with comfortable beds, high quality bedding, a great selection of pillow types, etc... we know the value of getting a good nights sleep, especially when on vacation! We plan to rent the property about 20 weeks a year so that it doesn't get over used and will be something we can enjoy when we use it. We've hired a range of service providers to ensure the property is well kept and in great shape for every one of our guests.

We also are very active in the rental process and will be very open in communicating with our guests. We want this to be your best vacation experience ever, so our vision of being an owner is to establish a relationship with our guests so they know they have a place they can trust will deliver a fun, relaxed, stress free vacation location for years to come!

This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath property, which we think makes it great from a renters standpoint. Less bathroom sharing than the typical 3/2 you often find on the island. The southern exposure is great in the fall, winter and spring months ensuring sunshine on the lanai throughout the year.

NOW OFFERING alternative/flexible change over days(not applicable during Feb & March peak season). While most others go Saturday to Saturday, we've noticed that the best times to fly to Florida are often Tuesdays and Wednesdays. So, to allow potential guests to take advantage of more attractive air fares, we have opened up our change over dates during non-peak seasons to include any day of the week.
