Building Access: To get into the building and your unit, please install the Grata App on your phone. We suggest doing this ahead of time to help make your check-in smooth and hassle-free!

Pool
Our pool is open seasonally from May to November. Please note that pool hours may vary, and we kindly ask you to respect our pool rules for everyone's safety and enjoyment

Pool Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Parking 🚗🅿️
Located in downtown Birmingham, our property provides access to metered parking on the street (8am - 6pm, with 2-hr limit) and a nearby paid parking lot. Please be aware that there is no onsite parking available on the premises.


Damage Waiver/Security Deposit:
For additional details, please check the "Other Things to Note" section below.
No Parties or Events: $1000 fine for hosting unauthorized parties.
No Smoking: $550 fine for smoking inside the property. (ozone treatment)
Unauthorized Pets: $500 fine if pets are brought without prior approval.
Unauthorized guest over Guest capacity: $50 per night per guest
