Rentoudu Adagion suosituissa nurkassa sijaitsevissa huoneistoissa. Loungessa patio, josta on näkymät lahdelle, kun lapset leikkivät nurmialueella ulkopuolella. Vain muutaman askeleen lahden etupuolelle ja rannalle.
PÄIVITETTY sisustus - tilava uusi sohva ja tuolit olohuoneessa, jossa on litteänäyttö takan yli. Uusi puu näyttää makuuhuoneen laatta! Keittiö, jossa on kaikki mitä tarvitset unelmiesi lomalle mukaan lukien SUBZERO-jääkaappi.
Uusi vuonna 2017: - UUSI ulkoterassihuonekalut, mikroaaltouuni, kaasukeittiö, Keurig-kahvinkeitin ja seinäuuni. Älä pidä ruoanlaittoa - lataa sovellus YFAB nähdäksesi suosikkisi läheiset ravintolat!
Vuodevaatteet:
Master uudella King Size -vuoteella / KAIKKI UUSI vuonna 2018 päivitetty kylpyhuone, jossa on uudet kaksoisallas, uusi koti, uusi erillinen suihku ja kylpyamme.
Toinen mestari, jossa on king-vuode ja vieressä oleva kylpyhuone.
Kolmas makuuhuone, jossa on uusi KING-vuode, yhdistävä kylpy jaettu neljännen makuuhuoneen kanssa
Neljäs makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, yhdistävä kylpyamme jaettu kolmannen makuuhuoneen kanssa
Vuodesohva uudessa (2019) lohkossa olohuoneessa.
Täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja pesutupa Condo. Kuivausteline sekä silitysrauta ja -lauta.
Sisältää kaksi ilmaista pyöränvuokrausta, ja se on vain 4. 5 mailia länteen Seasideista ja 12. 6 mailia länteen Rosemary Beachistä.

Paikan päällä on kuntosali, joka on avoinna klo 7.00. Poreallas kuntosalilla 16-vuotiaille ja sitä vanhemmille. Vain kaksi ajoneuvoa sallitaan per huoneisto, per HOA sääntöjä.
Rajoitukset:
Ei perävaunuja, veneitä, vesiskoottereita tai moottorikelkkoja. Propaanisäiliöitä tai liesi ei ole sallittua, Adagiossa on neljä kaasugrilliä. EI Rannalla voi olla telttoja. Rantatuolipalvelu on saatavilla, mutta ei sisälly hintaan.

Exceeds all expectations!

I was fortunate enough to come across this listing for a recent stay at the beach. This was a beautiful, luxurious gulf front condo that provided lovely views from the living area and master bedroom. It was beautifully appointed, had top notch appliances, heavenly comfortable beds with crisp clean sheets and even had a welcoming gift of fresh coffee, wine, and a beach blanket! Everything about this place was top notch. I am a fan for life and have already booked my next stay!

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of unit within complex could not have been better for a family with toddlers. Unit was well maintained and exceptionally clean with one small exception - the high chair liner was soiled and underneath it were remnants of food. An easy fix.Overall,the unit was well appointed. A few hooks in the bathrooms and a second kitchen towel would be helpful. I found both Nancy and Larry accessible and responsive. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our annual family vacation with the kids and grandkids, and it could not have been better. The location was great and Your Friend at the Beach was responsive and took care of some minor items that needed to be fixed. They were in constantly communication to make sure we were happy. We would recommend Adagio A105 and would stay there again. Nice thing for us about A105 is that it was very close to the pool and stairs to the beach, but not right in front. Although the upper floors might have been better for the overall view, we still had great views of the Gulf, plus our grandson could walk out the slider and be right on the grass to play, so there no going up and down the stairs or elevator to have him play outside.

Excellent in every way, location, cleanliness, size, views, proximity to pools and beach, underground parking! We never wanted to leave. Kitchen is well equipped, beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms were very nice. Everything is updated with high end finishes making it feel even more luxurious. Separate ice fridge was a huge plus for filling the cooler. A quieter part of 30A was nice, still walkable to a few restaurants, cafe's and ice cream. Beach was beautiful white sands and clear water. Chair & Umbrella reservations, although pricy - was SOOOOO worth it - you must rent the chairs and umbrella's - staff is there to set it up for you everyday. What seemed like an unnecessary expense turned out to be very necessary since there is a lot of stairs to lug stuff up and down and just made the whole beach experience so much more enjoyable and effortless! We hope to be back!

Beautiful October Stay....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First....the was exactly as pictured but better! It is huge, lots of room for everyone. The beds are super comfy (especially the King bedroom just inside the front door...loved the mattress!), the kitchen is well stocked and up to date, the bathrooms are very nice and everything is beautifully decorated. I can't say enough about Larry and Nancy, they are the most hands on rental agents I have ever dealt with. They even answer the phone on Sunday. We all agreed this is one home that we could and hopefully will return to rent.Second...the condo resort......the management and the security staff is very visible and hands on. They respond immediately and correct any and all problems. We had a small incident with some unruly guests in three other units and Larry, Nancy and the security and condo staff immediately handled it. I was very impressed. This is a resort that you can feel secure in renting knowing that the rules they set will be upheld with doubt.Son't hesitate to rent this unit or any other that Larry and Nancy (Your Friend at the Beach) handles, you will not be disappointed!

Great condo!

This condo was great for our week stay! We fit 4 adults and 5 kids comfortably. Having the walk out access was fantastic! Very close to pool, easy parking, quiet unit and area even with proximity to pool and being in first floor. As a side note, we left a very personal item in the condo at departure and realized about an hour after checkout. The manager was able to ensure it was placed in a safe spot until we could make it back and collect it. Very much appreciated the honesty!

Wonderful and amazing!

Our family vacation was wonderful! The condo was perfect for us…VERY clean, located near one of the pools, and the ocean view was priceless! Nancy was terrific! She is personable, timely in her responses, and readily available to answer any questions. We would definitely rent from her again!!

The tvs all worked with no issues, and we all know that can be a renter’s nightmare! The mattresses in every room were very comfortable. The appliances are all new and work perfectly.The location of A105 is perfect as you feel like your in a beach house instead of a condo. The views were breathtaking. Really, there are only 5 stars for my Friend at fhe Beach!

Reviewer Comments: Overall we had an excellent experience from checking to check out.The location is perfect easy access to pools beach bikes etc. plenty of amenities. Nice that There were some provisions when we got there such as body wash detergent and some spices. We had two small issues while we were there and called the management company and they came within minutes and it was quickly fixed . Will definitely be back!

Amazing

This was our first time to 30A and we were so happy with our stay. The location of this condo was perfect for our little ones to play outside on the grass while we took in the ocean views. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

Our family of seven (plus an infant :) had a great week’s stay! We loved the location of this unit. Ocean view with a covered patio, steps to the pool, and an easy walk down to the beach. The unit was so clean and spacious. We liked being able to walk to Blue Mountain Bakery for coffee and a short drive to some of the other beach towns. We would definitely stay here again!

The management company fulfilled our needs on a couple of things right away upon arrival. Our only complaint would be the beach front is very limited if you do not rent beach chairs, which has not been an issue in years past when bringing our own beach chairs.

The management company is easy to work with and get in touch with. They keep you updated on check-in day and check in with you throughout the week. We have already rebooked for next summer (4th year). The location is ideal-walking distance to a few restaurants and an ice cream shop and a short drive to lots more.
