And it's only two miles from downtown Chatham Village, where you'll find the best of Cape Cod's restaurants, shops and entertainment. Be sure to take in a Chatham A's Cape Cos League baseball game at charming Veterans Field and don't leave town without something luscious from Marian's Pie Shop.
Outside Living Space
Enjoy the new heated saltwater pool and a spacious deck for al fresco dining, featuring a large shade umbrella. So fire up the gas grill and enjoy! And if it's sun you want, you'll find plenty of it as you lounge in complete privacy poolside. . You will become addicted to the enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off sand and salt from a day at the beach.

Step inside to find a thoughtfully designed interior The open-concept main living space boasts stylish furnishings and plenty of comfy lounge seating. There's a wall mounted TV here as well. The updated kitchen is outfitted with granite counters and the huge center island offers an abundance of handy counter space. Appliances are stainless steel, including the superb gas range. This kitchen is exceptionally well provisioned, making meal prep a pleasant experience. You'll also appreciate the ample natural light. The lower level is finished and is home to a delightful game room for kids of all ages. It offers a TV lounge and other fun diversions such as Air Hockey.

There are three bedrooms on the main level. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath en suite. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and the final bedroom has a set of bunk beds.
