Bedroom 2: This inviting bedroom features a cozy Queen-size bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. It also includes a dedicated work desk, ideal for professionals, and a private balcony for extra comfort and relaxation.

Adjacent to the living room, the dining area boasts a stylish table with seating for four. Whether you're enjoying a home-cooked meal or takeout from a local restaurant, this space provides a perfect dining setting together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, kettle, etc. You'll find all the essentials you need to prepare your meals, including cookware, utensils, and dishware.

Please note for weekly bookings or bookings equal to or more than 7 nights. We charge electricity bills at actuals (10.36₹ per unit).
With adequate usage of electricity for 7 nights ranging from 30 units to 80 units, i.e., ₹300 to ₹800 (weekly) only, we shall provide a meter reading at the time of check-in and then at checkout.
Our apartment is situated within a complex, and we kindly ask our guests to uphold a level of decorum that respects the peace and comfort of fellow residents. Your cooperation in maintaining these standards is greatly appreciated.
While we adore pets, managing their hygiene can pose challenges and may cause discomfort to other guests. Therefore, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing pets along. Smoking and hosting parties are strictly prohibited.
For security purposes, there is an external camera monitoring the premises; however, there are no cameras installed inside the apartment. As per government regulations and for the safety of all guests, we require identification before check-in. Your understanding and compliance are appreciated.

- Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
- Please take care of the furnishings.
