Hidden Treasure III sijaitsee 2. kerroksessa Summitin hiljaisessa päässä, ja se on vain muutaman askeleen päässä Panama City Beachin kauniista hiekkarannoista. Hidden Treasure III on uusittu puhdas, söpö ja edullinen huoneisto, jossa Shabby / Coastal tyylikäs. Tämä tahraton yksikkö mahtuu 6 vierasta mukavasti. Makuuhuone sen 2 uutta ylelliset queen size patjat voi nukkua 4, on 32 tuuman TV & Blue ray-soitin, oma pukeutumistila sekä suora pääsy isossa kylpyhuoneessa. Amazing Room

I cannot speak for the rest of the rooms at the resort as I did not see them however what the owner has done with room 230 was amazing. Updated and very upscale and clean. Great host with amazing communication and extremely professional. She even contacted us and let us know we left a few items and made getting them back extremely easy!! Thank you for the great stay!!

Home Away From Home

Chantale made is feel welcomed from the very start! She even offered us early check-in for a small fee which means alot when traveling with kids. She also checked on us the first day to ensure everything was seamless and that we made it in safely. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and comforting. The beds were very comfortable and the bunk beds were perfect. We loved having 2 separate bathroom spaces and the large shower was very relaxing! The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities and there were even a nice selection of seasonings in the cabinet for use. So many thoughtful touches from the beautiful towel sculptures on the beds, makeup removal wipes in the bathroom to several phone charging stations around the condo and a binder with what to do and see in the area. We appreciated being on the 2nd floor and not having to wait on elevators. Instead we used our time enjoying the VIEW from our balcony. The pool was great and my boys enjoyed swimming, jamming to the tunes from the Tiki hut and making new friends. Chantale was extremely hospitable and we highly recommend for a couple or a family.

Great property

This unit was just as advertised. We had 2 adults and 4 kids in this unit and didn't feel too cramped. The condo was stocked with everything that you could need and included some beach chairs. The fact that it was on the 2nd floor and so close to the stairs, made it so easy to get in and out. Would definitely stay again. Communication with Chantale was great. No issues at all.

Excellent!!!

First let me say that we had really gone through some things with Resort Collection when planning our vacation. Our condo that we had originally rented and already paid fir was canceled two weeks before our scheduled trip. It was put back on VRBO with the priced increased by $1000 before we even realized what had happened. We began looking again and came across this condo. After realizing there was a private owner and that the reviews were good, we booked it. Chantale was amazing. We were so stressed out at this point and she made things so easy for us. I was able to contact her by phone and have a conversation with her about our reservation. She was always available with any questions or concerns before our trip and after we arrived. The condo was so amazing. It was very clean and decorated very well. It was also furnished and equipped with everything a family could possibly need during a stay at the beach. There was a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, keuriq, blender, cookware, etc . The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding in the closet. There were games and even binoculars in the cabinet of the tv stand. The balcony view was amazing. The second floor was nice too. We never had to use the elevators. I'm so grateful that we found this place! Chantale was great! I will definitely rent from her again!

Wonderful month long vacation in this comfortable and clean vacation condo!

What a great place to rest and relax for an extended stay. Location is excellent. Condo is exactly as the pictures indicate - fun, beachy decor and CLEAN and the condo had everything we needed - home away from home!! The view from the balcony is truly amazing with the beach only yards from the patio door. Property owner Chantale was a joy to work with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her condo to others.

Cozy Labor Day Family Vacay!

We came for our stay for Labor Day weekend with the grown children for a change. It was an absolute blast. We had just as much fun making memories as if they were still small. The condo 230 was fantabulous! It was the perfect size! It had everything we needed and more! We definitely will be coming back to stay again! Chantale was very in touch and on top of everything! Housekeeping was superb! Our mini weekend Labor Day family vacay was absolutely perfect! P.S. The games and puzzle was an excellent add on and the grown children LOVED it! Thank you for having us! 5 STARS ***** for sure!! Lots of room and clean!!! Excellent place to stay and plenty of room and everything you need!

Beautiful, clean, great view, great owner!

This Condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a great vacation. Chantale is great to work with and all of her condos are spotless, which means a LOT to me. The bunks give a nice space for th kids and they loved them. We will definitely return!

The Resort location was great! A lot of amenities.

Our condo was great! The decor was over the top. We had everything we needed and more. The condo is on the second floor which was great. We didn't have to wait on the elevator. The stairway was close to the condo! This was our third time staying in one of Chantels condo's. She's been absolutely wonderful to us everytime!! We loved that their was 2 pools. The bartenders at the cabana bar were very nice and down to earth. The security staff was always monitoring the areas. The location was great!

Perfect for a beach getaway, with all perks.

Clean, relaxing, and more spacious than expected. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the large flat-screen TV and cable. The balcony overlooked the quiet part of the beach so we weren't bothered by people in the pools or hot tubs. AC worked beautifully. Such a blessing to have a washer and dryer in the unit, when you have 3 kids and daily beach and pool visits. It was even good to be on the 2nd floor because with all the people, the elevators were overworked and we were able to just zip up the stairs in no time. I was really impressed with how well fitted-out the kitchen was - slow cooker, 2 different coffee makers (Keurig and a drop coffee machine), a waffle iron (my kids reminded me not to forget this), large fridge/freezer, blender, good quality pots and pans, all the plates/bowls/serving items and utensils you could want. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. There were a good amount of towels (at least 10, or more). The kids loved the shapes the towels were formed in on the bed - a snake, a bird - with peppermints for their eyes. It was a lovely greeting. All in all, nothing bad to say about this place. The only thing is I packed too much, thinking we'd need a coffee maker, and more towels, and games and books, but there were some games and books in the TV cabinet too. And beach toys there as well. Now I know how well set-up it is, I'd be set with taking just absolute basics. Walmart is right up the road, too. Wifi was also good, for our rainy day. Top marks all around. I'd definitely recommend it.

The condo is beautifully decorated and has a bright, beachy feel.

This was our daughter’s first beach vacation and she loved it! From the moment we booked the property, Chantale was awesome! She even checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We really liked being on the second floor. The view was fabulous from our private balcony. The condo is close to lots of great restaurants and activities. Our daughter loved the kiddie pool and looking for shells in the beautifully clear water of the ocean. Chantale also has a book in the condo that has personal recommendations for restaurants and activities. That helped to make our trip more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful Property! Perfect Vacation

This condo is absolutely adorable. It worked perfect for our crew and having a master with 2 beds. The unit has everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was more than stocked with adequate items. We were actually able to do a full shrimp boil. The biggest bonus was being on the second floor. With us coming for a busy spring break week we never needed to wait for the elevator. We will be coming back!

Beautiful Condo!!

The condo has been completely updated and was just like home. Very clean, and nicely decorated!!! It had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen to cook. Chantale made booking easy and even checked on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!!

We are the Coleman, and we have being married for so many years that we stop counting :-). God blessed us with 3 wonderful boys that are now grown . We purchased our first condo back in 2002 dreaming to move to PCB one day. My husband was an area manager for a distributor. I was an undertaker than a register nurse for many years. We both retired in 2022 and moved to PCB in one of our condo...our long time dream!! Can't say enough of "Beach Life"!! Enjoying it to its fullest!

We already own 2 other properties in PCB, an efficiency and a large 2 bedrooms. We have being renting for many years now, and many of our VIP guests (returning guests) had outgrow our efficiency, but could not afford our larger condo. We were looking for a resort that could accommodate families who needed the extra space without breaking the bank. Even more, due to its great layout, the Summit would be perfect for girls' retreat or couple. We LOVE the Summit after our first visit. This was the perfect place . The Summit offers so many amenities that you do not even need to live unless you want to: pools, hot tubs, restaurants on site, convenient store on site, beach playground....Best of all....its location is FANTASTIC! The Summit is walking distance from so many restaurants & family activities. It was exactly what we were looking for. I must say that after our first stay there with our 3 kids...we were sold :-).

The minute we walk into the condo, we felt in love with the view and the feeling we got. We felt like we were in the Island with the beautiful view of The Gulf of Mexico, and all the palm trees. It was such a peaceful feeling!!! That is why we decided that we would make this condo...our 'Island Retreat'. PLUS.....NO ELEVATOR unless you want too. We are steps from the elevator and been on the 2nd floor, we rather take them.
