Summit Sunsets: ideal 3rd floor with balcony & free daily beach chairs
Welcome to Summit Sunsets, a charming 1 bed + bunk room condo at PCB's favorite resort.
Situated on the ideal 3rd floor of The Summit on Thomas Drive, you'll enjoy a roomy interior with an amazing view and private balcony overlooking the Resort's dual pools, snack bar, and white sands of the Emerald Coast.
Our living area offers comfortable seating, ceiling fan, and a smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances large and small plus cooking implements, dishes/utensils/glassware, and we also have a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The bedroom has two queen beds, smart TV, clothing storage, ceiling fan and access to the bathroom which offers a tub/shower combo and vanity area. Our bunk nook sleeps two more, and we also have a half bathroom and complimentary wifi.
For guest convenience, we include free daily beach chairs + umbrella every day of your stay!
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold (not a charge) placed on a credit/debit card that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. A $27 fee per STAY is required by the Resort to be paid upon arrival as their standard procedure and includes wristbands and up to two parking passes. No pets, ESA, or smoking allowed.

We are a family of five who loves beaching, crab hunting, swimming, bouncing in the waves, sand castles, dippin dots, and all things Florida! We travel all over, but this is our favorite because of the beautiful water here, convenience of Bikini Bobs, and amazing local seafood restaurants!

The Summit is our favorite because it has all you need at one stop. This beautiful remodeled unit is conveniently located on the 3rd floor, so elevators are optional! It was updated in 2025 with all new granite, tile and furniture. The Summits boasts complete resort style amenities including 2 Large Pools, 2 kiddie pools, 2 Hot Tubs, Tiki Bar, onsite eatery (Bikini Bobs), exercise room, and extra wide beach access! The Summit is close to all the best local restaurants, as well as the Marina and State Park which has a great little lagoon for small children!

The Summit is located on the East end of Panama City Beach and offers favorite amenities on property and plenty of water sports like jet skis, banana boat rides and parasailing.
Enjoy two gulf front pools (one heated seasonally) plus two children's splash pools & two outdoor hot tubs, a large indoor hot tub, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor fitness center, game room, his/hers dry saunas, and two picnic areas with charcoal grills. A gift shop/convenience store is onsite for sundry needs and Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar is ready to serve up your favorite snacks and drinks poolside.
