Sandpiper Cove Resort offers security: 24/7 guard access control and patrolling. Per HOA Community regulations, one of the registered guests must be 25 years or older. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM. Parking directly at the villa for easy access. Extra parking lot in front of Villa.
