Welcome to your perfect San Diego Cozy Retreat. Relax and unwind in this beautifully renovated 3 bedroom / 2 bath home with brand new furnishings centrally located to the best attractions that San Diego has to offer.
With comfortable accommodations for 10 guests, enjoy the luxurious Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, and Games. This home was curated with comfort, relaxation, and peace in mind. A cozy safe space to rest and recharge or live life and create lasting memories with loved ones.
The space
Rest and relax in our cozy, zen, getaway home with coastal organic modern decor - newly remodeled 3 bedroom/2 bath single-family home complete with brand new furnishings and appliances centrally located in the heart of San Diego.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
• 5 minutes to shopping centers, Fashion Valley Mall, University of San Diego, and hospitals/healthcare institutions including Sharp Memorial Hospital, Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital, Rady's Children's Hospital, Scripps Clinic (perfect location for traveling healthcare professionals).
• 10 minutes to SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Snapdragon Stadium, Westfield UTC Shopping Mall, and Mission Bay.
• 10-15 minutes to the airport, various beaches (La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach), Petco Park, Downtown San Diego, Liberty Public Market, Gaslamp Quarter, Little Italy, Farmer's Market, and more!
• 15-20 minutes to Coronado.

THE LIVING SPACE:
Upon entrance of the home is an open concept living space with natural light and a nice breeze throughout. There are two living rooms, the main one is connected to the kitchen / dining area and the additional one is separated by sliding doors (can be used as a private working space or additional bedroom for guests).
The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower/bath tub. The additional bathroom is in the hallway and the other two bedrooms are down the hall. Each bedroom has brand new beds and mattresses with comfortable beddings that make it feel like you're in a hotel.
The backyard has an in-ground private pool surrounded by luscious greenery, jacuzzi/hot tub, BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, lounge chairs, and string lights to set the ambience when the sun goes down.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
• Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed (2 guests)
• Single Queen Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed (2 guests)
• Double Queen Bedroom: 2 Queen Beds (4 guests)
• 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas: 1 in each living room separated by sliding doors (1-2 guests each)
• Pack'n play for babies

• Jacuzzi/Hot Tub fit for 6 people

Please review the strict house rules we have in place to ensure we maintain the highest quality of stay experiences for all of our guests.
HOUSE RULES:
• Check in time is 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (if checking in later than 10:00 pm, please let me know ahead of time)
• Check out time is 10:00 AM.
• No extra / overnight guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match). We reserve the right to cancel your reservation or charge additional fees.
• Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
• No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM.
• No smoking of any kind in the house. A $1,000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present (to treat air, clean carpets, and scrub walls).
• No large parties or events allowed. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1,000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
• Before using the pool and hot tub/jacuzzi, please see additional rules on the signs posted outside. If returning from the beach, please rinse sand and saltwater off (using the hose near the table) prior. Sand and saltwater can ruin hot tubs and cost of repairs will be charged if a guest were to damage the equipment. There is also no lifeguard on duty and adult supervision of children on the property is required at all times.
• Please remove shoes inside the home (clean house slippers are provided for guest use in the basket located inside the closet by the front door).
• No moving / rearranging the furniture.
• No unplugging of the electronics like TV, Wi-Fi, lamps, Roku Sticks, etc.
• Do not unplug the hot tub/jacuzzi, kindly turn off the jets, lights, return temperature to 96-98 degrees, and put the cover on when not in use. If the hot tub is found without the cover, a fee will be charged.
• If WiFi/Modem/Router/Sync Module or Camera Equipment is tampered with causing a disruption with the system there will be a fee applied.
• Please do not leave doors/windows open when AC/heater is on.
• No mail / packages delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
• No pre-checking bag storage (only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
• No pets allowed (service animals are welcome).
• No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking (2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and street parking)
• Please be sure to return the garage door opener to the house manual on the counter upon check-out, if it is lost, a $200 fee will be charged to get it replaced.
• If returning from the beach and there is a lot of sand, please rinse outside using the hose prior to showering in the bath tub. Accumulation of sand can block the drain and back up the plumbing and fees may be charged if this were to occur.
• DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILETS, if the plumbing system backs up and there is evidence that guests flushed something other than toilet paper in the drain, the invoice to get it fixed will be charged to the guest.

Guests have full access to the entire house and property. There is free parking available in the garage, the driveway (maximum 2 vehicles), and the street.

• There is no lifeguard on duty, please review the signs outside for pool/hot tub rules prior to use.
• There are three security cameras located on the exterior of home. One at the front door facing the entrance and driveway and two to monitor both side gates from the backyard. They record video and sound when activated by motion.
• There are noise monitoring devices in the home, please observe quiet hours from 9:00 pm - 7:00 am.
