Property was just as described. We made a very last minute reservation and Scott was great to work with. He made sure everything was taken care of and was very helpful. My kids loved the basement and enjoyed playing air hockey and hanging out. Very nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood!! Thanks Scott!

Great House!!!

This house was exactly as described and pictured. We have never been in a rental house that was as clean as this one. I didn’t feel like I had to clean anything! The rooms were perfect for our family of six. Scott really thought of every thing that you would need on a vacation away. The house set up was perfect for either meeting as a family or being able to separate and have time by ourselves. The kids loved the air hockey table and the Xbox! The location was perfect for getting into Cincinnati and going to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. Nice quiet neighborhood. We didn’t have very many questions or needs, but when we did message Scott, he was always quick to respond. If we ever come back this way, we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful renovated home, great for kids, owner was communicative & helpful

This home is a mid-century rancher that has been recently updated and professionally decorated with lots of charming touches. The downstairs is a man cave/game room area with air hockey table, TV lounge and its own bathroom. The owner was very communicative and flexible. He was able to accommodate early check in and late check out requests, even though we requested after the deadline, which had to cause him extra hassle. He was also understanding and kind when we accidentally stained some towels and pillowcases (!). The light switches, cabinets and closets all have labels, which is a very nice touch. The upstairs bathroom is newly-renovated, attractive and clean-feeling. When you step in the house, you say, “Ahhh!” with the feeling of being in a clean, renovated, attractive space. Because it wasn’t clear to me from the listing, there is a private driveway where you can park at least two cars. One other thing to note, if you are traveling with elderly people or those with limited mobility, is that there is a step down to the dining area.
