Great house, great host

The house was well-maintained, nicely decorated, well -stocked, and larger than we expected. The location was outstanding. We had views of water on two sides and were walking distance from shops. Most of all Esther was a terrific host. She was incredibly nice and helpful. We would strongly recommend renting this house!

Perfect Family vacation

Clean and lovely house for our family vacation. Location is perfect for kids and beach and bay are in walking distance. Esther was wonderful on checking to make sure everything went smooth! We will be renting again next year!

We just concluded our 4th year renting this property. We love the house, the neighborhood, the beach, everything about it. It’s close enough to fun activities and shops but far enough away from noise and traffic.

Wonderful stay at the Goetz Getaway!

We had an amazing time staying here and can't wait to go back next year! The pictures don't do it justice. Large bedrooms on the first floor along with a great deck with the cutest baby swing that our kids loved. The main floor has a huge master bedroom that includes a sitting area, large closet and full bathroom. It also has a great open kitchen, dining area and family room. The upper deck is great to BBQ and eat outdoors. The rooftop deck views are beautiful to watch the sunrise. Esther was a wonderful host who left us a bottle of wine and even drove us a few things we left there on the last day. So sweet - couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much!

What a great beach house. Open space for everyone to enjoy and very close to beach and bay

The property was well maintained with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The owners are very nice and get back to you very quickly with any questions. The outside decks are very nice. The house is located on the south end of the island where it is very low key and the beach wasn’t crowded and it was a very short walk to the beach. This home was just what we expected and will recommend it in the future.

Wonderful family getaway !!!

Thank you to the Esther, the owner, for a wonderful weekend. The house was lovely with a nice beachy feel. Enough beds to accommodate our large family which ranged from 2 - 92. Even with a rainy day we were able to use the covered deck without getting wet. I really like that the house was so well stocked with starter supplies. It helps to not have to hit the grocery store as soon as you arrive. The only problem was the weekend went by too quick even though Esther was so flexible with check in and out times. Thanks for the memories.

Wow, We loved it!

We loved our stay in your house. Not only was the house perfect for our large family but you as our hostess family was wonderful! We felt like we truly were part of your family. The house was so nice, each of our three children had a room for them and their spouse. We also had a room for all the Grandchildren! They thought they were so important. The location was perfect. Beach access was close and we used the playground next door. We are looking forward to being back!!

Beautiful home!

This house was beautiful inside and out! The location is great because it is close to both the beach and the bay and is also close to the shopping areas. Would definitely rent this home again! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

This home is in immaculate condition and is on a very quiet street which is unique in Long Beach Island. We are only steps away from a beach, the bay and a playground, and only a bike ride away from shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, ice cream parlors, a water park, rides, arcades, and of course, the famous Chicken or the Egg (*our favorite restaurant*)!

We fell in love with this home because the owner had taken such tender loving care of it! It is one of the most peaceful places that we have ever been! Not only can you have quiet when you want to, but much activity when you want to as well. It's only just a short walk to both a beautiful sunrise over the ocean or a beautiful sunset over the bay! And the roof deck provides a view of both without any steps at all!
