Please note that the pool is open from dawn until dusk for guest use. For everyone's safety and comfort, night swimming is not permitted. Thank you for respecting these hours!

Awesome location and amenities!

We stayed for a week at Diana’s place. Wonderful host and beautiful location. Kayaks, bikes, golf cart, snorkel gear. Everything you need she provides. Wonderful family dive vacation. We will be back!

Perfect place for family

We were so excited to have a golf cart it made the trip! The townhouse was perfectly appointed & had everything we needed. The pools were small & could get crowded, but we loved tennis, sunsets & did I mention the golf cart?! So fun.

Great Getaway

We absolutely loved our experience staying at this property! Diana was very easy to contact and prompt at responding with any questions we had. The place was clean and beautiful!! We loved the lagoon and our kids really enjoyed using the kayaks and sand toys. The neighbors were all very friendly. We will definitely be back!!

A great place on Key Largo

This home is located in a private community with a pool, tennis courts, etc. The home is one of only a few with a backyard that allows for hammock and lounge chairs. That was a real plus. Alfred and Diana were great hosts.

We enjoyed the property. Riding around the property in the golf cart was fun! The kitchen had everything you could need. The BEDS! The were so comfortable!! Short of a weird plumbing issue (tolerable but weird) the stay was perfect!

Escaping the cold!

Great rental. Loved all the possible activities especially the sunsets at the Jetty. The paneer was very quick to answer any questions and gave excellent suggestions. Would love to return.

Beautifully renovated townhouse

We had a great time! The townhouse is very well done and the beds are comfortable! We enjoyed all aspects of the resort- lagoon, ocean access, golf cart, playground and pools. The resort could use a little updating on pools and other common areas but overall we had a pleasant stay. Biggest complaint from our group were the biting bugs (no-see-mis) that were around by the lagoon and outside the property during- which has more to do with the area in general and not specifically this home or resort.

Quiet and Comfortable

Great location in proximity to all that there is to do in Key Largo. Condo was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable for my family of 4. Most other renters were retirees and families so easy to enjoy the pool and lagoon areas. Two restaurants in walking distance was a bonus. One minor complaint is lack of dishwasher, but easy to work around with 2 teenagers. New propane grill came in very handy. Owner is extremely responsive.

A wonderful place

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Key Largo - it’s a bit off the beaten track and offered a peaceful vacation. The property is clean, well kept, comfortable, modern, quiet, and equipped with everything you might need. The lagoon is lovely - my son and I enjoyed the little beach and checking out the fish. Pools are clean. The golf cart is a nice feature - it’s not absolutely necessary but it makes moving around faster. The child size kayaks were fun - would love an adult size one in the future. We will definitely be back. I loved this place.

Beautiful property

This property was just perfect. The location was beautiful as you had a great view of the salt water lagoon. My children 10 and 11 year old spent the entire vacation jumping off a pad in the lagoon and snorkeling right there. We never made it down to John Pennekamp as planned BC there was so much to do. The unit was the cleanest unit I have ever rented. Definitely an upscale rental. The washer and dryer were also very convenient inside of the unit with the amount of times the kids change their wet clothes. The pool was also very nice! Looking forward to next year. The place was very new and nicely decorated.

Updated & comfortable condo at a great location, perfect for a small family retreat!

We had a late flight, but the check in process was quick and easy. Great location & easy to get to (near walgreens/cvs stoplight.) The condo was very well decorated and it looked spotless clean. There were huge tv’s in each bedroom & living room. Both bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The gated community is big and having a golf cart to drive around was a nice perk. It has good heated pools, a lagoon where we could kayak, a playground for the kids and nice tennis courts. The highlight was the jetty area which has beautiful sunset and moonrise views. Overall my family had a great time! P.S.: I’d prefer not getting reminders to take the trash out on a daily basis, though!

Fantastic! Can't wait to come back!

This place was great. The unit was extremely clean and tastefully decorated and updated throughout. It faces the saltwater lagoon. There were porches off the front and back and also a large upstairs porch off the one bedroom. We had use of the golf cart, which was awesome for riding down to watch the sunset. The kids enjoyed the pool (one was closed due to the hurricane damage). The place has a retirement community vibe, it's very quiet and relaxing. The pool closes at dusk and it was nice and quiet at night. The owner left two kids kayaks for guest use and that was great fun! The unit was well stocked with towels and everything one would need; washer/drier, wifi, 3 flatscreen tvs, bikes, parking, golf cart. I would stay here again without hesitation!

slightly disappointing

House is nice furnished and was very clean. Surroundings not very nice - especially the swimming is not very inviting. We were surprised that we were asked to wash and dry the towels provided at the end of our stay. During our stay there was a lot of building work, the Marina was closed and we were not told that this would happen. One day we were woken up at 8.00 am by builders working on our unit so we had to leave for the day as it was so noisy. Unfortunately we were also not told that this would happen. We think it was too expensive for what it is.

We are a family of 4 that LOVES fishing, swimming and outdoors. We understand time is precious, therefore we are dedicated to spend time with family as much as we can. We have a 9-year old daughter and an 8-year old son that spend most of their weekends in the Florida Keys. We finally made a move and bought this house for ourselves as a with the idea to have it as a vacation home for ourselves and to offer it to other families like us that enjoy the sunny weather and outdoor activities.

Kawama is a treasure in the Florida Keys surrounded by ocean and beautiful amenities. This property is located in the ocean side. That being said, our boat stays at Kawama Marine and we like to enjoy the early morning with a cup of coffee before heading to the boat. Also the property is very close to the best fishing and snorkeling spots of all Florida Keys. The area is very safe for children. Our property balcony and living room faces the SALT WATER LAGOON where children spend hours there jumping from the platform. This is not to mention that the tennis courts are lit at night and we take advantage and stay a little late enjoying ourselves. My favorite spot is the jetty where I go, sit and relax. There is so much to do around that you would want to stay in the house!

Our property is professionally decorated with anything you can possibly need. We are distinguished amongst all other units. The property is very safe. Our children can enjoy playing outside without safety concern. The property is surrounded by INCREDIBLE amenities where you can enjoy the Marina, salt water lagoon, pool, jetty and even fishing. If you are a tennis lover, the courts are amazing. There is a perfect spot for everyone!
