Designed as the nation’s first suburban shopping district built for cars, the Plaza was the vision of developer J.C. Nichols. Inspired by the architecture of Spanish marketplaces, Nichols began transforming swampy land in 1907. There is no designated parking for this apartment, all parking is street parking on a first come first serve basis.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
