The Space:
Casa Presioso is a luxurious two-story villa on the edge of Santa Barbara, offering breathtaking views of the sea, Kralendijk, and Klein Bonaire, a private pool, a tropical garden, and special amenities for divers and snorkelers.

General description of the villa

Casa Presioso is located on a private cul-de-sac at the border of Santa Barbara. Its elevated position offers spectacular, unobstructed panoramic views of the sea, Kralendijk, and Klein Bonaire, stretching from the Slagbaai National Park in the north to beyond the salt pans in the south!

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful 1,088 m² garden with dozens of palm trees, bougainvillea, oleanders, and tuturutus blooming year-round. The location is ideal for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts, with several dive sites nearby.

The layout of the villa

The villa features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms have luxurious double box-spring beds, air conditioning, and ceiling fans with remote control. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share the second one. On request, the double beds can be separated into singles.

The open kitchen in the living area is fully equipped: from quality knives and a large collection of pots, pans, and utensils, to all the appliances a cooking enthusiast could wish for, including 2 ovens, a large gas stove with wok burner, spacious refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, blender, chopper, hand and stick mixers, dishwasher, toaster, 3 coffee machines (filter, pads, and capsules), citrus juicer, and even a slow cooker.

Outside you’ll find a private pool with a spacious sun deck, a veranda with a lounge area, and two outdoor dining rooms with large tables: one by the BBQ outdoor kitchen and a second on the breakfast/dinner terrace on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there’s a second fridge for cooling drinks by the pool, on the lounge bench, or in the hammock.

With solar panels, a solar water heater, LED lighting, and greywater recycling for garden irrigation, Casa Presioso contributes to sustainability and a more eco-conscious holiday experience.

Casa Presioso is especially suitable for divers and snorkelers: on the side of the house, you’ll find 3 rinse tanks for dive gear and underwater cameras, plus a lockable drying area.

The villa is also perfect for remote workers and digital nomads: Casa Presioso offers unlimited access to the fastest available fiber internet on Bonaire (> 100Mb). A computer (iMac) and laser printer are also available.

Snorkeling Vacation

We cannot say enough about this property. The view is amazing from each porch. There were times we did not know where to sit. We used the pool morning, noon and night. Do not miss this house.

Great stay in Bonaire

Beautiful home with lots of seating areas to relax. Rinse bins for divers and dive gear closet was a huge plus. The pool is lovely. The views are wonderful and dinner on the outdoor dining area watching the sunset is lovely. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We would stay here again.

Awesome place to stay with AWESOME owners

My husband and i stayed here for 12 days. The house was great along with the views. I can't say enough about the owners of this property they really keep in touch with you and will answer any question you have. Natalie the property manager was very helpful and easy to get along with. I would recommend this property to anyone looking and would stay here again.

Very nice stay in Casa Presioso

For the third time we visited the island of Bonaire and stayed in this wonderful house, perfectly located on the hill. The owners and the lady house keeper did everything to ensure a very pleasant diving vacation. The house is very well equiped, and has a beautiful garden with swimming pool. Consider this location when coming to Bonaire !

Brilliant Home & Hosts!

The property was exactly as advertised and the option to rent their vehicle during our stay an added bonus. The house was more than spacious for our family of five and the pool/deck area well set up for relaxing outside without cooking in the sun! The location of the home is extremely central with a short drive (<10min) getting you to most places.

Awesome accommodation!!

We had a wonderful one week stay at Casa Presioso! The manager, Nathalie, was very welcoming, and helpful if we had any questions. The casa was very clean and beautiful, with a great view of the island (to the south), and Klien Bonaire! We would certainly consider Casa Presioso for any future visits to Bonaire! Cheers!

Great Vacation

The property was absolutely beautiful. It is a small island so everything is really close by car. We rented the truck that the property has and it was great for getting around. The pool was a huge win for my 7 year old daughter. Any issues we had, were promptly addressed. I definitely recommend this property for your trip to Bonaire.

New year at villa presioso

We recently stayed at casa presioso to spend a week of diving and relax. The house is absolutely beautiful, the view at sun up and sun set are gorgeous. Unlike many other property i visited the furnishing is top notch and the kitchen utensil abundant and very well kept. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful decking outside. I would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was as described and pictured. The daily visits from all the different birds was a highlight for us each morning as we started our day. We cooked many fantastic meals in the beautiful kitchen which had everything we could need. I already miss the master bathroom which is so beautiful with a large tile shower which was the perfect spot to rinse off after a spectacular day of snorkeling. Thanks for an amazing week!

What a place!!

We had a super time at Casa Precioso. Before we came to Bonaire, the contact with the owner was very nice. Very friendly and kind! We were well informed. The house feels like a home. Everything is perfect. Nice furniture, lovely terrace, clean pool. Loved the shower. Locations is perfect. We definitely want to visit again!!

Fantastic villa !!!!

As a family of 4 (son 21 and daughter 24) we decided to come to Bonaire for 2 weeks to celebrate my 50th birthday and have a snorkel holiday. This villa is outstanding. The comfortable beds are amazing. It is very spacious and has everything you want. Sitting outside on the balcony seeing the views is gorgeous, and peaceful, my goodness, never heard anything apart from birds. Setting of the pool is superb, with the most wonderful L shape seating under shade, nice for a quick nap. Absolutely loved this villa !!!

A comfortable home in a beautiful setting.

Always looked forward to coming home from snorkeling. We enjoyed many dips, early morning to late eve in the pool to cool down. Also, bbq-ing a meal to be enjoyed while watching the sunset over the western vista-city, sea and the Klein Bonaire isle. The kitchen was well equipped. Nathalie was gracious and always helpful. Would return here on next visit. Oh, The Netting that surrounds all the beds is a must for mosquito barrier!

Absolutely gorgeous house, wonderful stay

The house is really lovely, the pool and patio area (as well as the upstairs deck with seating for 6) are perfect. We were on Bonaire for our second dive trip (stayed in a condo by the airport the first time) and loved this location. The house is the perfect size for 6 people (two couples and two teenagers who shared a room) and the owners are extremely responsive. The AC in the bedrooms is icy cold, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is extremely well stocked (blender, crockpot, bbq grill, etc all in excellent shape). The (optional) truck rental worked great as well. Not a single complaint. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

perfect house on a perfect island

We had a perfect time in Casa Presioso. The house is perfect and the location is perfect, great views from up the hill, and just a few minutes away from diving, snorkling, eating, groceries. About the house: lots of space, great views, a very well equipped kitchen, good beds, and a very nice, refreshing and clean pool (water cleaning system based on ocean minerals, you can feel -and smell!- the difference). The owners are extremely nice and cooperative people. We had a wonderful new years eve on a white sandy beach and had lovely diving trips. Our holiday was so superb, we almost want to build your own house there as perfect as Casa Presioso! It was our second stay here, and we will return! We love Bonaire.

Pristinely clean and well appointed home

There isn't much more to add to the reviews other than to agree the home is in perfect condition, very comfortable, has high end furnishings and is in a lovely, quiet setting. The owners and house manager could not be more accommodating. This was our first visit to Bonaire. We found the people to be very friendly and helpful. The diving was great, even in the "windy" season. We are a family of five with teenagers. We dived, snorkeled, fished and toured the National Park. We rented a boat and headed over to Klein Bonaire. Plenty to do here in a week. A car is a must along with a good sense of direction! We highly recommend this home.

Worry free vacation

My family and I have rented several vacation properties on Bonaire over the years and I would have to say that Casa Presioso is overall one of the best we have rented. The property is reasonably priced when considering the quality of the home and all of its amenities. The unobstructed view of Klein and the surrounding area from the outdoor dining area and the second refrigerator near the pool are just a couple of the value added features this home has to offer. The Santa Barbara location of this villa gave us exactly what we wanted, a safe and secure neighborhood environment away from the tourist areas but centrally located. I would highly recommend this property to others seeking to rent a home on Bonaire. In my opinion, this property is professionally managed and well maintained by the owner. Our vacation was truly worry free!

Diver's Paradise

We stayed at Casa Presioso for six nights and had a wonderful time. The owner's were very responsive and easy to work with in getting our reservation details finalized. They even helped point us in the right direction (and saved us some money) with our rental car and dive rentals. Upon our arrival, the property manager met us at the car rental place and showed us where we needed to go. The house was clean and well maintained. We cooked for ourselves most nights and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is located in a quite area which was very peaceful. The house itself sits upon a hill and has breathtaking views. The property managers were very helpful and were only a phone call away. You definitely need a rental car because the house is located in an area where there is not much within walking distance. Overall, we definitely recommend this place and will be back soon!

Excellent Villa with pool and fantastic views !!!

We have made that villa reservation also in 2020 but were not able to fly there because of COVID-19 restrictions but this year we finally managed to do that. And it was a real gem !!! Everything from the beginning till the end !!! The villa is very nice and comfortable, quite close to the city with amazing views. You would find the fully equipped kitchen with huge living-room and two balconies upstairs and 2-3 bedrooms downstairs each one with it's own bathroom. The great advantage is also grand new Toyota Hillux (pick-up) which could be rented together with villa for lower price than at the airport. With that car you can easily snorekeling destinations around the island as we did. Roel and Marielle - thank you once again for everything and especially extremely fast communication. Your list of your favourite restaurants is extremely helpful - we were in almost all of them and I hope we will come again to Bonaire !!!

An amazing vacation home!

We stayed at Casa Presioso for a week in January. In our 15+ years of travel we have not experienced the customer service that this owner provides. This gave us complete comfort knowing he was taking care of so many details. Our flight was delayed and the owner called my cell phone while we were in flight to help us arrange for a later airport pick up in Bonaire. The property manager met us at Midnight to take us to the house and picked us up again in the morning to take us to the rental car agency. The house was amazing with plenty of space and kid friendly. We had 4 adults, 2 kids ages 3 & 5 and an infant in the house and never felt crowded. The property provides plenty of privacy and safety. It was really nice to have the rinse tanks and locker for dive gear. The pool was perfect for us and the kids. The outdoor living space is absolutely perfect as the pictures highlight. The amenities such as on sight washer and dryer and stocked kitchen made traveling with kids easier. We would live here if we could! We highly recommend this property and appreciate the amazing customer service.
