The Space:
Modern furnishings and an open layout create a welcoming space for gathering, relaxing, or planning the day's adventures. Thoughtfully placed windows and a new central A/C dehumidifier system keep the apartment feeling fresh and bright. After a day exploring Newport, unwind with Wi-Fi and streaming TV in the living room, or take advantage of the outdoor patio when events aren’t underway for a little more time in the fresh coastal air.
In addition to the main living areas, there's a versatile bonus room that can be used as an office or a cozy lounge—perfect for remote work, reading, or simply unwinding in a quiet corner.
A private king bedroom offers a restful retreat, thoughtfully styled to balance historic charm with contemporary ease. The full bathroom is finished in classic and bright decor and includes two sinks and a shower/tub combination, offering everyday convenience while maintaining the home’s timeless character.
A trolley stop is conveniently located right out front, offering service to Newport’s historic mansions, downtown attractions, and scenic routes throughout the area. With boutique shopping, waterfront dining, and harbor paths just steps away, this apartment makes an ideal home base for exploring the best of Newport.
Guest Access:
Enjoy full private access to the garden floor apartment. We have everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay. The patio is available to guests anytime when there is not an event taking place. Of note, there are common areas that may be shared by other guests.
The owner resides on-site and may at times use the shared entry hallway to reach a private front suite.
This is a garden-level apartment located next to a theater and an alley, so occasional noise may be heard from outside. Additionally, the apartment is situated directly below an event space. While most events end by 10:00 PM, guests may hear activity during these times. We want to ensure you're fully informed so you can enjoy your stay comfortably!

Aquidneck Island is a coastal enclave known for its scenic charm, historic character, and approachable scale. With most streets limited to 25 mph, the island maintains a calm, family-friendly atmosphere that encourages unhurried exploration. Its intimate size makes it easy to navigate, offering a quiet rhythm that reflects the essence of seaside New England.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.
Other Things to Note:
We provide dedicated parking for up to 1 vehicle in the spaces immediately behind the building. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the dedicated parking spaces and limit to 1 vehicle.
Interaction with Guests:
We live right down the street! Please do not hesitate to give us a call or text if you need anything. Otherwise, we like to give our guests their own space to relax and enjoy their stay.
