Welcome to The Byrd House â a prime second-row perch only steps from the sand.
Casual, comfortable and dog-friendly, this two-story raised beach house is perfect for slowing down and savoring the simple pleasures of coastal living. Two furnished porches with rocking chairs, an outdoor dining set, and the sound of the surf will set your clock to Island Time. A central TV den and fully equipped kitchen are located on the main floor. Two bedrooms and a full bath can be found on both floors. All bedrooms come with a ceiling fan and TV, and the top floor bedrooms feature peek-a-boo ocean views. The Byrd House promises salty air, barefoot mornings, sunset strolls, and a laid-back vibe for memories that will last a lifetime.

MAIN FLOOR: (2 bedrooms) 1 QUEEN, 1 QUEEN, 1 full bath (tub shower), kitchen, dining area, living area opens out to front and back screened porches.
SECOND FLOOR: (2 bedrooms) 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 1 full bath (tub shower).
GROUND LEVEL: Laundry room, enclosed outdoor shower (hot & cold), covered parking, private driveway, backyard.
AMENITIES: Smart TVs-5, wireless internet, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, ceiling fans, gas fireplace, 2 tubs, central heat/air with supplemental A/C window units in top floor bedrooms, laundry room, front porch w/rocking chairs, back screened porch w/picnic table, grill, covered parking, private driveway, enclosed outdoor H/C shower, access to 7 miles of soft sandy beach.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial-week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.
LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch. A stroll will rekindle friendships made from past stays, bring scenic Lowcountry vistas, and provide shops and restaurants to visit on foot. Grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks and more are an easy drive away.
