The space
Sleeping space #1:
Bedroom includes Tuft & Needle full size mattress, ceiling fan, closet, dresser, blackout curtains, pocket door without lock, and 42” streaming tv.

Sleeping space #2:
Full size floor mattress in loft. Loft is accessible with ladder which can support up to 180 pounds. (Please respect this weight restriction for safety).

Kitchen includes full size stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, and cooking basics. Coffee is provided.

Bathroom is very spacious and includes a
walk-in shower. Toiletries are provided. Please close shower door clicks close to keep water from spilling out.

No dishwasher, no washer/dryer.

Street parking.

This is a 300 square foot tiny home located in a very large, fenced backyard.

All damages/excessive cleaning will be billed to travelers insurance.
