Key Lime Cottage on viehättävä ja täysin remodeled OIB-koti erinomaisella paikalla saarella - paljon päivityksiä! Uusi keittiö ja kodinkoneet lisättiin marraskuussa 2014. Mukavasti nukkua 14 tässä 5 makuuhuoneessa (suuret huoneet), 3 kylpy (2 kylpyhuonetta, 1 suihku), iso etukannella katsella, aurinkoa ja rentouttava. Hyvin lähellä rantaa, keskuslämmitys ja ilman, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, jääkaappi liesi, 3 väri kaapeli-tv, DVD, nopea langaton internetyhteys, Portacrib, katettu kuisti huonekaluilla. Vuodevaatteet: Queen, 2 Doubles, 2 Doubles, Queen, Queen. Peitteinen kuisti ja aurinkoterassi, kansihuonekalut, ulkosuihku, hyvin varustettuja. Charcoal Grill. Rantaan pääsy kadun yli (Concord Access). EI tupakointia ja ei lemmikkejä

Key Lime Cottage on täydellinen rantamökki, joka on suunniteltu rannalle. Center Den keskustassa olohuone, ruokailutila, keittiö kaikki suuri Keski yhteisö tyyli Hall Room. Makuuhuoneet ja kylpyhuoneet ovat keskelle oleskelualueen kummallekin puolelle. Makuuhuoneet ovat erittäin tilavia. Uudet ikkunat, joissa näytöt mahdollistavat rannan tuulet kulkevat kodin läpi. Valtava etukannu, jossa mukava virtaus kannelta keskelle Hall-huone. 6 keinutuolit, penkit ja piknikpöytä etukannella. Takaisin kuisti pois keittiön oven helpon pääsyn uusi BBQ grilli perustetaan ja takapihalla alueella.

Alueen pysäköintialue on tilava - paljon tilaa ajotieltä myös enemmän pysäköintiä varten. On alakerrassa oleva piknik-pöytä ja suuri riippumatos, jonka taatessa nukahtaa. Ihmeelliset tuulet merestä, joka rohkaisee sinua nukkumaan. UUDET huonekalut, iso nahkasohva olohuoneessa, yhteensopivat tuolit tuovat rentouttavan alueen ryhmään pitkän päivän kalastuksen, golfin tai rannan jälkeen. Uusi litteä 42 "TV den, yhteensä 3 televisiota. Uudet sängyt, Kaikki uudet vuodevaatteet. Kaikki uudet matot, Uusi katto, Uudistetut puupaneelit (tämä on mahtava), Uudet WC: t ja pesualtaat, Uudet maalit, uusi sivuraide, uudet ikkunat, uudet katot, paljon uusia asioita! Suuri ulkosuihku! Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu huoneeseen!

80 askeleen päässä on ranta pääsy Concord rd. Käyttö on uusittu uudelleen ja on mahtava! Ranta on laaja - loistava urheiluun. Merikilpikonnat tulevat muniin munalle tällä rannalla. Talon edessä oleva jalkakäytävä vie sinut suoraan saaren keskelle 3 korttelin päässä, jossa on ravintoloita, yökerhoa, baareja, jäätelöä, lumikelloja, surffaamoja, ranta kauppoja, minigolfia ja paljon muuta.

Key Lime Cottage on ihana paikka, joka tuo mukanasi monia muistoja vaalia tulevina vuosina. Rentoudu ja nauti!

Cute house in great location

This is a really cute house in Ocean Isle! The house is well-kept and the owners are easy to work with. We really enjoyed hanging on the front porch when not at the beach. Love the outside shower, too!

Great Beach week in OIB

The residence was just as described on VRBO. The kitchen was well equipped and rooms were comfortable. The AMAZING beach chairs, equipment, games and toys were such a hit. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch to eat dinners. Overall, a wonderful week.

Perfect Labor Day weekend getaway

Our group with kiddos had a great time! The beds were comfortable; the beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys were plenty and functional; a very short walk to the public beach access and walkable distance to get ice cream or sunset slush and play on the public playground. We know the weather and waves can’t be predicted but they were also about as perfect as they come. Thank you so much for a lovely, clean stay!

Vacation interrupted by Tropical Storm Debby

The home is as advertised. Perfect for our family vacation that we had long anticipated. The central living area was ideal. I loved the rocking chairs on the porch. So close to the beach. Kids loved the couple days we were able to be on the beach! Unfortunately, the weather was against us. I would definitely buy trip insurance in the future.

Great beach Cottage, love the art on the walls! It was everything that the website said and more. We had a great beach trip and love OIB. The cottage was clean and well stocked. We were able to walk to most things. Great Beach Concert on Fridays!!! We will return...

Cute cottage in great location

We had a great family vacation at Key Lime Cottage. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with just the right amount of living space for 5 adults and 3 teenagers. The location is perfect - very close to the beach access and close enough to "downtown" Ocean Isle to easily walk to ice cream, shopping, mini golf, etc. The shady front porch is a wonderful spot for hanging out, and the hammock is a great place for a quiet nap. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. This was our first time renting through VRBO and we will definitely do it again.

We love OIB

We come to Ocean Isle every year for a long weekend getaway with some friends and their kids (4 adults and 4 kids total). This was our 5th year staying on the island. Key Lime Cottage is one of the best properties we have stayed in over the years. The house is very clean and well stocked. The furniture in the house is cozy and comfortable and you can tell the owners take great care and pride in keeping the house up to date. We had a couple little hiccups with the house while we were there, but the owners were very responsive and did everything in their power to get things fixed. They are easy to work with and as helpful as can be. The location of the house is excellent for access to the beach and short walks to the pier, restaurants or putt-putt. We all had a wonderful time and hope we get to stay at this home again next year!

We enjoyed our return visit!

This was our second summer at Key Lime Cottage, and we enjoyed it once again. The cottage is very pleasant with a well-equipped kitchen, a large table for dining, a nice outdoor shower and great beach chairs etc. It's a short walk to the beach, which was great for young children. We will plan to visit Key Lime Cottage again!

Great beach house for a group of 8 women

Adorable cottage super close to beach access. Great layout with 4 bedrooms off the living room and then a bonus bedroom and bath in the back. Pretty and fun decor . You need to either rent linens and towels ( including kitchen ones which we bought and left there for the next people ) but everything else in the kitchen was well stocked. Our whole group loved staying there.

Wonderful vacation at Key Lime Cottage!

This was the perfect place for our family (4 adults and 4 children 8 & under). Loved the open floor plan, the cheerful interior, the well-equipped kitchen, the front porch with the picnic table, the great beach chairs, wagon etc., the outside shower, & the really short walk to the beach as well as the close proximity to the park. The bedroom & bath layout worked well for our family. We will look forward to another visit!

Great place for friends

Great property and location. Across the street from beach. An easy 10 min walk down the beach to the grill and arcade. And a shorter walk to the Drift Coffee shop on E. 2nd. Less than 5 min drive to Ocean Isle Fish Company and Sharkey's.

The house is great For 3 families,2 had small children so the Jack and Jill set up was good. AC set point could be repaired/ updated. A ton of beach supplies available with house rental. Kitchen well stocked. Easy walk for beach access. Thanks for a great family time!!!!!!

a seamless and perfect rental experience

This was our SECOND time staying at Keylime Cottage. Since last year, the owners have made beautiful changes to the house. Many of the finishes are things I would pick for my own home. You can sense the pride of ownership and attention to detail, as well as the genuine care for guests in the smaller touches and communication. I felt like we were taken care of the same way the owners would want to be taken care of if they stayed in a rental property. The house was clean and updated and truly felt like a home away from home. I always say that I want my vacation stay to be in a place that's as nice or nicer than my home, and this home checked that box even before considering the proximity to the beach. We love the location - close to the action, but also quiet and relaxing. The house was so close to a public access which made beach days a dream. I loved our mornings on the front porch with a cup of coffee and the peekaboo ocean view complete with tranquil ocean sounds. We loved having access to chairs, toys and boogie boards - it saved a TON of space and made traveling from PA a lot easier. We cooked in, carried in and ate out. We had everything we needed to cook, grill, prep food, etc. We even had an evening where another house of family walked down for dinner and were able to accommodate 20 people inside and outside. The owners were amazing to work with and responded quickly to questions. We were even checked on by phone following tropical storms near us. I love this rental and would stay again without hesitation. In fact, I'd love to just move in - HAHA.

Great Ocean Isle Beach Location!

Fantastic location! Beach access is just across the street. Walk/Bike to restaurants, pier, slushies, putt-putt, maritime museum, playground, and shops. The house makes a great home base. Kitchen is well-stocked. Decor and layout creates a relaxed, good-vibes environment to enjoy vacation time with family and friends. Loved the personalized Key Lime wall art! Recommend!

Didn't want to leave

We stayed for three nights and it wasn't long enough. This house was exactly as described and was setup perfectly for it family. We it had one hiccup and it was solved with 30 minutes. The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes and cookware. There was also plenty o things to use at the beach in the downstairs closet. And the kids were thrilled with the gift bag! The walk to the beach is very short as well. We will definitely look at staying here next year. Thanks for your hospitality!

OIB at Key Lime Cottage

Love the set up of the house. Outdoor walled shower is awesome. I like that all rooms are on the same floor. This year we struggled to get a consistent temperature in the the bedrooms, front rooms very hot while back rooms very very cold and the ceiling vents would not close in the cold room to force air to the hot room. We struggled on both sides (separate AC unit for each side of house). The owners are great, I am sure they will do something to fix this.

We love OIB. My Wife grew up in the Carolinas and I grew up in Georgia. We both love the beach. We found OIB about 10 years ago and fell in love with it. The island is set up perfect for families. One access on to island cuts down on traffic. So - we decided to buy a home on the island - and we enjoyed it so much - that we bought a small rental cottage - fixed it up and call it Key Lime Cottage. We put a lot of effort into making the home up to par with what we would expect to rent when on vacation. We expect things to work, we like things clean, we like to feel comfortable when on vacation. This is what Key Lime Cottage is about - comfort and feeling at home.
