The beach access is just a short walk from the home:
1. Fort Panic Regional Access: Just step out the front of the home, just a short walk across 30A. This access is ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located on Scenic 30A. Just across Scenic 30A lie Lake Allen and Oyster Lake, two of SoWal's rare coastal dune lakes.

PARKING:
Four driveway parking spaces available.
Included is a 6 seater golf cart and 8 bicycles (adult) for your convenience. To drive golf cart, you must be: 25 years old, sign a liability waiver, and have valid insurance and drivers license. Golf Cart is included as an amenity, at no additional cost.

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid drivers license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Private Heated Pool **Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50/day. Pool & spa are heated together. Must be heated for duration of stay. If selected, it must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on.
*Home must remain pet free.
*There are no refunds for weather related events. We advise trip insurance during hurricane season (May-November)
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
