Located just 5 minutes off the main highway, you’ll enjoy easy access while still savoring a quiet, private setting. The heart of Downtown Asheville is only 15 minutes away, and charming Weaverville is just minutes from your door- making this an ideal home base for exploring the area.



Inside, the open living area is bright, inviting, and designed for connecting with loved ones. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Large windows frame stunning mountain views, and the indoor fireplace adds a cozy touch for relaxing evenings together. Step onto the deck to enjoy fresh mountain air, dine al fresco, grill your favorite meals, or simply lounge while taking in the incredible scenery.

Our winters are usually mild, but the drive up to the home does involve steep inclines. Please keep this in mind when booking, as winter weather can occasionally impact road conditions.

•Ingles grocery store is just 3–4 minutes down the hill, with additional shopping options only a few minutes further!



Firewood can be purchased at Ingles, Walmart and Ace.

Whether you're here to explore or unwind, this neighborhood invites you to slow down, breathe deep, and feel right at home.



Getting Around:

Getting around Weaverville is convenient and flexible. While most residents drive, visitors have several transportation options. Ride-Sharing and taxis operate operate 24/7 in Weaverville, offering on-demand rides and advance bookings. The North Buncombe Trailblazer bus route connects Weaverville to Asheville and surrounding areas, operating weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
