No Smoking Policy - This is a non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or use of any tobacco, marijuana, or other smoke-producing substances is not permitted inside the rental unit. Violation of this policy will result in an additional fee to cover professional cleaning and deodorization. “Cigarette” butts, ash, odors etc. can be considered evidence of smoking. Guests found in violation may also be liable for damages exceeding the deposit amount.
