Perched in the desirable Lower Village of Eagles Nest, My Happy Place offers breathtaking long-range mountain views just minutes from the charm and dining of downtown Banner Elk (less than 10 minutes away) and snuggled right in between Beech and Sugar Mountain ski resorts!

Step inside to panoramic views that stretch across the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. The chef's kitchen features granite countertops, a spacious island perfect for meal prep or casual snacks, and a dining table ideal for more formal meals. Unwind in the cozy living room around the gas log fireplace or stream your favorite shows on the smart TVs throughout the home.

Spacious & Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements:
- 3 King Suites – Two Master Suites on the main level and one Master Suite upstairs, each with its own full-bathroom.
- Bunk Room Upstairs – Includes a twin-over-twin and twin-over-queen bunk bed with a private bathroom that opens to both the room and hallway.
- Lower Level Bunk Room – Features two sets of twin-over-twin bunks and access to a full hallway bathroom.
Upstairs, a cozy loft offers comfy seating—perfect for reading, relaxing, or entertaining the kids, and a Queen sleeper sofa.

Downstairs, you'll find not one but two entertainment spaces:
- A den with a large screen TV and comfy sofa (with a Queen sleeper).
- A fun-filled game room with multiple game tables for all ages to enjoy.

Enjoy mountain air and scenic views from two decks. The main level deck is perfect for al fresco dining or gathering around the outdoor gas fireplace. Head to the lower deck to soak in the brand-new 2025 hot tub—all while taking in the stunning mountain backdrop.

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older except for Sunday, which is a family friendly day. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- PET FRIENDLY! This home allows mature well-trained dogs. Pet rent is $25 per dog per night plus tax.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter and may be required in times of snow or ice- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests. More information and a schedule are found at eaglesnestatbannerelk.
- All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- A Ring doorbell camera is installed on the front door for security.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added at time of booking or by calling at least 1 week in advance. $25 plux tax for 2 bundles of firewood and 1 firestarter.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
