Master bathroom boast a stand up shower as well as a luxury style tub and private toilet room with bidet!

In the 2nd bedroom, you will find a cozy queen bed with a closet for your convenience.

You will also find a cozy queen bed and closet in the 3rd bedroom.

Large spacious living room with 2 couches and a chair, smart tv so you can log into your favorite subscriptions, as well as a dedicated work space/desk near outlets and internet.

The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and store food!

Full laundry room is available.

Huge dining room and home gym area, complete with exercise band, calisthenics bars, and weight machine, and a massage table.

Nice pool in the back yard as well as a 2 person hot tub.

Feel free to relax in the hammock or the outdoor wicker chairs in front or back of the house.

Off street parking!

Located near grocery stores, wal mart, Lowes, and just outside of Tampa.

You have access to the entire property except the garage.

Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture.
No parties or loud music!

Damage deposit is $1000. This preauthorization will be refunded/disappear from your bank/credit card statement 4 days after you check out and there`s confirmation that there were no damages or extra cleaning from your stay.

No animals on the furniture or beds!
Do not leave animals at the property unsupervised unless they are kenneled. Unsupervised dogs tend to tear down curtains, bark, and get on furniture.
If you use appliances or dishes, please wash, dry, and put them back where you found them. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher.
Pick up after your pet and please do not let them on the furniture or in the bedrooms.
The maid is responsible for cleaning linens, towels, etc, sweeping, wiping down everything, and general maid duties.
This is a large house and our cleaning fee is very low for a property this size because the guests are responsible for mostly cleaning up after themselves. We appreciate your help in keeping this cleaning fee low.
