The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook your favorite meals, while the washer and dryer bring extra convenience for longer stays. The condo includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV, creating a comfortable home base for your vacation.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all the shared amenities at The Leaf: two outdoor swimming pools, children’s play area, and free on-site parking (unassigned). Bicycles are also available to explore the neighborhood (included with the rent). The condo is on the third floor and can be reached by both elevator and stairs.

Playacar Phase II is one of Playa del Carmen’s most exclusive areas, combining security and tranquility with proximity to the vibrant downtown. In just minutes you’ll be on Quinta Avenida, the city’s lively hub full of restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and international energy. Getting Around:
The condo’s location makes getting around simple: downtown is only 7 minutes away, the beach is 9 minutes away, and restaurants and shops are within 2 minutes. Taxis, Uber, or a rental car are all convenient options to explore Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya at your own pace.

Enter and leave the property at the times indicated for check-in and check-out. Immediately report any damage or incident on the property. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. No eating in the pool area. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Do not climb on the couches with shoes on. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas. Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. After 10 p.m., loud music is not permitted, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Pool hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. No bottles, glasses, or glass items are allowed in the pool area. No food is allowed in the pool. Infants must wear diapers when in the pool.
