Welcome to this brand-new Spanish-style studio in the heart of Portland’s trendiest neighborhood. Located in Kerns—recently named coolest neighborhood in the US by TimeOut—this ground-floor unit features a queen bed, fast WiFi, Keurig, and a private entrance with smart lock. No shared spaces. Walkable to bars, restaurants, parks, and more.
The Space:
• Brand new construction – opening August 15
• Queen bed with high-quality linens
• Kitchenette with Keurig, mini fridge and more
• Full bathroom with walk-in shower
• Mini-split A/C + heat
• Fast WiFi for streaming and remote work
• Spanish-style exterior, modern interior finishes
• Private entrance (no shared hallway or lobby)
Guest Access:
You’ll have the entire ground-floor studio to yourself, including a private entrance and no shared interior spaces. Self-check-in is easy via smart lock.
The Neighborhood:
Welcome to Kerns—Portland’s new crown jewel. This eclectic neighborhood was just named the Coolest Neighborhood in the U.S. by TimeOut Magazine, and for good reason. Think leafy streets, indie shops, and a food scene that punches way above its weight. Walk to standout spots like Canard, Screen Door, Lardo, and Whole Foods. You’re also minutes from Laurelhurst Park, Revolution Hall, and a short ride to both downtown and the Alberta Arts District. It’s the perfect launchpad for exploring Portland.
Getting Around:
This area is a walker’s paradise with a near-perfect Walk Score. Most guests park on the street (usually easy) and explore by foot, bike, or electric scooter. There’s also excellent access to public transportation—buses, bike lanes, and nearby MAX stops make it easy to get around the city without a car.

This is a brand-new building, and construction on the upper units will wrap by August 15. That’s why we don’t have photos yet—but everything will be complete before your check-in. Message us if you have any questions or would like more info.
