"Lammet at Nantalaha Lake" on "Ainutlaatuinen Retreat" 3,6 kauniisti maisemoitu hehtaarin strategisesti sijaitsevat napa, ympäröivät pyörän uskomattoman toiminnan ja turisti helmiä. Aito hirsitalomme on vaatimaton ja sisustettu yksinkertaisen vuoristoelämän, mutta kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla. Se mahtuu kahdeksan ihmistä, mutta voi olla todellinen retriitti yhdelle tai kahdelle pariskunnalle. Master 1 on iso makuuhuone, jossa queen-sähkösänky. Tällä alueella on myös minikeittiö, oma kylpyhuone ja oma kivikansi, jossa on poreallas. Tämä viihdealue on täydellinen lapsille tai muulle itsenäiselle perheen järjestelylle!

Kaasutakka, nahkakalusteet ja avoin katto tekevät olohuoneesta viehättävän paikan rentoutumiseen, satelliitti-tv: n katselemiseen, lukemiseen tai hiljaiseen keskusteluun. Keittiö on varustettu kaikella mitä tarvitset: kaikki modernit laitteet ja jotkut lisäominaisuudet gourmet-kokille. Mökissä on pieni ruokailutila, iso kansi ruokailua ja viihdettä varten, ja toinen suuri pöytä pöydällä Lanaillä aterioita tai käsityötoimintaa varten.

Peaceful retreat

Beautiful property from the outside in. We enjoyed the little running creek in the back, and the firepit at night. Inside plenty of space and activites for the family to spread out and not be on top of one another. Would definitely stay again.

Pretty pleasant pleased

Had a great stay. Had a brief hiccup at check-in but the homeowner remedied in record time. The house was welcoming and well kept. Property was also very well maintained. It felt more like visiting friends then a rental.

Lovely mountain home

Such a relaxing home away from the hustle & bustle of our busy lives. The ponds were nice to sit by & watch the fish. Wish we had more time to stay.

So much fun and so relaxing all in one! Would definitely recommend and would love to go back. Host was very nice, helpful and quick to respond. Everyone in Andrews was very nice!

Spacious and secluded

The property had a bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed, a master upstairs with a queen and twin trundle, and another queen and twin trundle in the livable basement space. It was great having so much space for a family of 6. We were there for Thanksgiving, and found the kitchen to be very well equipped with cooking supplies. That said, space for our belongings was quite limited due to there being so many personal belongings in the home. I prefer to unpack my suitcase, so this was a bit frustrating, but overall we were quite pleased with the property, and we loved how remote it was

Great stay

What a great cabin. Beautiful spot with great views. Lovely to see the swallows and the humming birds. Feeding the pet trout was an extra bonus. Being able to use the garage was really useful to put fishing gear in. Thanks for the information about the fishing. It was really useful and got to do good fishing on the mountain streams. The icing on the cake was the really hot weather.

Just amazing!

My husband and I spent our anniversary here and it was the best vacation we have had in years. The home and property are just so beautiful. I wish I could have stayed forever. The scenery and peacefulness was perfect for a getaway. We loved the view of the mountains from the house and the proximity to town was really nice. The host communicated very well and I really felt that if I needed anything they were just a phone call away. I hope to have a vacation here with my family someday in the future!

Excellent vacation

Thank you so much, owners of this wonderful house!!!! We had a great time in and out of your house 👍, the pond and many activities are super fun (feeding fish, watching birds, kayaking, etc.). The only one thing we would have missed is dog barking at night behind the house ( we’re worried our kids could get up). But overall it was such a good time for all our family!!!👍

Nice cabin - Amazing Views

Great cabin, perfect size for our family of four and two dogs (fenced yard was a huge bonus. Working with Camillo was a pleasure, he was so nice and gave us plenty of ideas of things to do in the area (trust me you will not be W in the area and the views). The cabin was probably one of the best stocked places we stayed, had everything we needed plus more. We unfortunately had rain while we were there from the hurricane storms that came through, but while we did lose power - they had a whole house generator so we had no issues what so ever. Definitely will be a return visit.

Family getaway

View was very pretty from side porch overlooking mountains and small fish pond ( missed the fountain part though ) .Communication with owner was very fast. No phone signals at all from any of our phones but owner reached out to us to let us know that house phone was available to use as well as wifi internet. Those worked well. Basement was nice only thing missing that would have been nice would have been a small fridge. Home was beautiful!! Thanks

Amazing Stay to disconnect!

My wife, 2 kids, dog and myself all arrived here on Sunday and didn't leave the property once! There was so much to do right there! From the kayaks, pond, stream and property exploration there wasn't a dull moment. Even with neighbors, they're not that close so you feel like you are able to disconnect from everything and just take in the sights and sounds of the Smokey Mountains. And if you're a photographer - bring your gear! This is a great location for nature/night/star shots!

Excellent property

We love staying at this cabin It is so very rare to find such a large area to play with a pond , stream , fire pit , pool table and everything you need to just stay in . Clean and comfortable from top to bottom Wireless was good There are 27 stairs from the garage to the main floor But not all together so you can rest 😊 And you can enter through the basement to save a few lol Teenage kids played all day outside by the pond and explored in the creek Wonderful way to get them off electronics Then played pool and lots of games in the evenings

disappointing

The owners were great during the booking process!! they responded very quickly to all my questions. I had specifically asked about the seclusion of the property and was completely misinformed. On Sunday during our stay the lawn care guy showed up without warning, scared everyone in the house, when I reached out to the homeowners, it was suggested I leave the property i had paid to be at so he could do lawn work. We were told the fishing pond had been stocked, there was nothing in it at all. I had booked this property with the idea we wouldn't have to leave the property. This was not your average site seeing family vacation and the owners knew this information. The house is very cramped and cluttered with almost no storage space for the renters, it was like being in a hotel room living out of bags for our stay.

Spectacular !!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a romantic week at "The Ponds at Nantahala.lake". This vacation rental is in the center of every activity you would want to do, though it is in a private mountain setting. We enjoyed going to the Chop House for a fine dining experience. We really enjoyed a more casual meal at the Country Ribs and the Rivers End at the Natahala Outdoor center(NOC). The property is SPECTACULAR. It has three ponds and is landscaped beautifully. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and kayaking on the lake during the day. The lake is a four minute ride up the road. Beautiful!!! Relaxing! Sooo. Fun!!! The people in the area were so nice too. The house is soooo cozy!!!! It is well appointed with mountain type decor. The entertainment room is very spacious with an entertainment center. Game table and a great pool table. I am competitive,so I loved it!!!! I am very particular and it seems that the owners were just as I, when it came to cleanliness !!! I would highly recommend this rental!!! Another plus was that the owners were sooo nice and accommodating ... We WILL be back!!! Many thanks to our host and hostess!!!!!!!

Small, But OK

The owners of this property are wonderful and ever so understanding and kind. They even refunded my cleaning fee due to the amount of cleaning I had to do. They were super kind in every way. The parking is a bit too much for us. We are seniors and could not walk the distance from the garage to the front door. We parked out front of the cabin which is alongside of a very busy highway. We were super nervous the entire time. There are no directions that really tell ya what the wifi password is. We actually thought hat we saw was a phone #.The wifi is not that great anyway. The TV has no instructions on how to switch fromTV to DVD player. Owners gave info but that was not correct. I must say this cabin is small , and has a few beams that go from floor to ceiling making it hard to maneuver a walker for a disabled person. We managed and had a great time fishing. My son caught a 10 lb trout on 3 kernels of canned corn. It was awesome.

The Ponds at Nantahala Lake is far enough from town lights to gaze at a uniquely starry sky, and close enough to nature to hear the babbling brook, the falls feeding the pond, and the bull frogs and other night life... ideally located for hiking mountains, streams and skyways, rafting through Nantahala George, or kayaking Nantahala Lake, yet close enough to restaurants and many other area attractions.

The minute we enter our home, we feel we are on vacation, and we make every effort to provide you the same experience! You do not need any special vehicle to drive right into our large garage from the main road, but you can bring your motorcycles, boat and/or RV too! Continuously flowing water feeds the series of ponds in this unique mountain setting. And inside and out, we have made the many additions and refinements that have turned this log house into the beautiful home we wish to share with responsible guests.
