The living room invites everyone to gather together with an oversized wrapâaround sectional, stone gas fireplace, and large TV for cozy evenings in. The open layout means cooking and dining stay social and connected.
The primary suite is a peaceful end-of-day retreat with a king bed, vaulted ceiling, and **jetted tub** in the private ensuite bathroom â perfect for a long soak after skiing. Bedroom 2 features a cozy queen bed, and the Guest Bedroom offers a queen plus two twin beds, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together â and thereâs no sofa sleeper here, so every guest has a real bed.
Step onto the balcony for fresh mountain air and yearâround grilling. The private heated garage makes storing skis and gear easy, and keeps vehicles warm and snowâfree plus you get 1 reserved parking spot on the heated driveway in front. Itâs tucked on the south edge of town, which means quieter nights, quicker trail access, and the rare luxury of not needing a car. I park in the heated garage and step into adventure from my front door. It reminds me of ski towns in Europeâwalkable, beautiful, and built for freedom.
