Tämä on Gulf Front -huoneisto, parveke on näkymä rannalle ja Persianlahdelle !!! SouthWest-nurkassa uskomaton auringonlaskunäkymä !!!



Ole ensimmäinen rentoutua ja nauttia lomastasi tässä kauniisti sisustetussa, ammattimaisesti sisustetussa 4 makuuhuoneessa, 4. 5 kylpy-asunnossa. Tätä huoneistoa koristeltaessa ei ollut kustannuksia, sillä keittiössä on parannettu kalustus, laatta koko, mukautettu taideteos ja moderni sisustus! Olemme lisänneet olohuoneen verhoja estämään iltapäivän auringon!



Saapuessasi et voi auttaa, mutta päästää huokaus ja anna huolesi mennä kun rentoudut tässä 2600 neliömetrin asunnossa. Tässä nurkassa etelään olohuoneeseen on lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat ja henkeäsalpaavat näkymät auringonlaskuun. Kosteuspalkki, stereojärjestelmä ja jääpalakone lisäävät kaikkia osapuolia. Nauti myös makuuhuoneiden näkymistä, sillä jokaisella on oma parveke!



Huoneiston makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, samoin kuin toinen ja kolmas makuuhuone, kun taas neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on kuningatar. On myös sohva nukkuja elävät tarjoavat makuupaikkoja 10.



Avuksesi on asennettu avainlukituslukko, joten sinun ja perheen / ystävien ei tarvitse pysyä avaimissa loman aikana!



Nauti uinnista suuresta laiskasta joesta, kun lapset viettävät tuntikausia nauttien vauvan istumisesta! Lämmitetty sisäuima-allas on täydellinen niille viileämmille päiville. Lähellä sisäuima-allasta löydät suuren taideteoksen. Sinulla on autotalli autotalli.



Pysäköinti: Sinun on ostettava parkkipaikka saapuessasi, ne ovat kertamaksun 28 dollaria per ajoneuvo. Kaikki 4br-yksiköt, jotka vuokraat Phoenix West II: ssa, takaavat, että voit ostaa jopa kolmetasoista pysäköintilippua. Yearly friends getaway

Our group of 7 loved this condo. It has all the comforts of home plus an amazing view of the ocean. Only thing is they could use more elevators. Depending on the time of day they can get pretty busy. The place is amazing though!

I have read reviews about the long waits on the elevators and we did not experience any long wait times. We traveled with 4 couples and each couple got their own room with a bathroom. The only complaint would be that the dishes were not washed very well before us, we had to rewash everything we used. Pick up more toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, as we noticed we ran out really fast with what was provided. Otherwise this was a great place to stay and would stay here again.

Everything Was Excellent!

As everyone else has said, the host is outstanding. The room was very clean with amazing view and very well decorated with what looked like new furnishings. The parking was easy and the elevators were fast. Would definitely stay here again

OASIS 2801 NEEDS UPDATING

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to this condo for years staying in different units. The location of 2801 is great. But the furnishing are sad. All the beds could only be described as horrible. The couch had gross stains on it. It was cleaner than the unit we stayed in earlier in February, but much maintenance is needed. Our bedroom door wouldn't latch, the walk in shower door would hardly close and the bedding is totally worn out. I wouldn't stay here again unless these things were taken care of. Also, this condo use to be special and upscale, now people smoke, don't obey the rules and are generally disruptive over the complex. We are looking for other locations for the future. We've had enough.

We had two little kids with us so we had pack and plays, high chairs, walkers, strollers, etc. and there was more than enough space for everything. The beds were comfortable, nice showers and tv's. Our only complaint was with the cleaning service. The floors were not swept or mopped before we got there. If you took your shoes off, your feet were black within minutes. We had to go buy a broom and mop to get everything cleaned up. We are hoping it was just a careless, one-time mistake. I would rent this unit again, I would just make sure it was cleaned properly, or be giving someone a call to handle things immediately. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Great condo - missing a few things

Loved the condo! Big, clean, quiet and roomy. Just a couple things kept us from giving it a full five stars. The washer and dryer don’t work properly. The water in the fridge doesn’t work. The ELEVATORS…. They are aweful. The need more at peak times. For a place this size six elevators are about far from enough. Lot of time spent waiting on elevators.

Perfect for multiple families

We had a group of 9 of us staying together (3 families) and this worked perfectly for us. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Indoor pool was warm. We played pickleball numerous times. Elevators were quick (something I wondered about when booking a condo on the 28th floor!). Would definitely recommend.

Had to wait 45 minutes for one on move-out day, 20+ on mornings and evenings. The unit was good, but the HVAC was terrible. Two units and two thermostats and we couldn't figure out which one controlled what area! The living space would be warm (balcony doors closed) and the bedrooms would be freezing. Also, glass table tops are not a good idea for families with small children. We couldn't find a remote for the living area TV that would control both the volume and channels, so had to go back and forth with two different remotes. Everything looked nice though.

Great communication with the Host. Very easy check in process.

We had an amazing stay! The host was always available to answer questions and the check in process was very convenient and easy. The only issue we had was the construction on the parking deck. The entrance was used for two lane traffic since the exit was closed for construction. Orange Cones were placed to separate the exit/entrance. When Coming out of the parking deck, while trying to avoid all the orange cones that separated the “make shift lanes” my daughter hit the wall. My car has a huge scratch all the way down the right side. When I went down to take photos for insurance purposes, the cones were moved and a cone placed by the wall as warning. The cones needed to be there but with proper spacing for larger trucks and SUV’s to be able to swing out to a avoid the wall. I’m Definitely not happy about this. When we arrived we had to use the exit for the entrance /exit as well. At some point one side or the other was closed off. Although fun, It will be a very expensive stay.
