Tervetuloa ylellisiin 4 makuuhuoneen kotiin. Talo, vain kolmen mailin päässä Disney, sijaitsee 24/7 manned aidatulla ja arvostetun Emerald Island Resort. Niin lähellä Disneyä voit kuulla ilotulitteita altaan kannelta.

LED-TV kaikissa makuuhuoneissa, Frozen teemalla ja Star Wars-teemalla kahden hengen huonetta, tämä neljän makuuhuoneen ylellinen koti on nimenomaan perustettu lomaileville vieraille. Ensimmäinen makuuhuone sviitissä on king size reki-vuode ominaisuuksia Tempur-pedic muoto äärimmäinen patja, TV ja kylpyhuone suihkukaappi, roomalainen kulma poreallas, hänen ja hänen nieluja. Toinen makuuhuone sviitissä on king size-vuode, TV ja kylpyhuone, jossa on täysikokoinen amme. Molemmissa kahden hengen huoneissa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja TV. Tämä koti voi viihtyä 8 henkilöä. Excellent vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the pool was great! When we arrived we realized the door code that was emailed was not correct, however we were able to contact the owner quickly and given the correct code.

Home is a beautiful but the house cleaners could do a better job .Was out of a pool for two days due to the pool drain being broke and filthy .Then finally they came and fix it, than days later we notice the pump was not filter the all the debris and bugs and grass out.The TV is tricky to use . Especially the bedroom TV.Over all it was a nice relaxing stay for the 2nd week..1st week was not so relaxing due to having pool problems.

This property is excellent in every way to cater for a family holiday. From the very start communication with Dennis ( the owner) was brilliant. Any questions were answered very promptly with a very accommodating attitude. The property itself is located in a great gated community and it's location is excellent for all the Disney and Universal parks. The property itself was clean and tidy upon arrival with a supply of household essentials to get you started. There is an abundance of towels for use at the pool. Again the pool area was clean with plenty of chairs and loungers for usage. The bedrooms are very comfortable, good firm mattresses, which I like, made for a great sleep after a hectic day at the parks.On the odd occasion we sat at the front of the property, the seats were comfortable and spacious.The seating area overlooking the pool ( we used this area mostly) was comfortable with again plenty of room.As I said before Dennis was an excellent host and although we had two minor issues, these were rectified very quickly with little or no impact to our holiday.Overall I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodation in the Kissimmee area. It has everything you could need or wish for in a holiday rental.We would like to thank Dennis for a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect Family-Friendly Villa!

Perfect family friendly vacation house! Pool security net, full size crib, two play pens, high chair, even a potty chair! Perfect for our little ones! Plus it had a pool table and an foosball table in the garage! Absolutely everything we needed and it’s super close to Disney World! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Okay property

This property is right near Disney so LOTS of crowds everywhere. We wanted a heated pool to chill but the heat never worked which was a bummer. The property accommodated all of us very nicely and is a very clean and neat neighborhood. Personally the king beds were way too hard and we struggled to get a good nights sleep. The kitchen had lots of dishes and pans but we were trying to bake as well and had no bakeware (except one 13x9 pan)but I prefer home cooked meals, so may not be a big deal for most people on vacation.

The layout of this house was perfect for our family. The view was very nice. We also loved the fact that we could have groceries delivered and pretty quickly too. Close to mainy stores and fun places to go. Host was very responsive when contacted.

Really nice

Beautiful home in a really nice area. Owner was quick to reply to emails if I had questions. Couch and love seat not the best furniture to set on, but we would definitely stay here again.

Overall happy.

We came back this year after staying here last year. We love the privacy and layout of this house. Few glitches but taken care of promptly. Replaced furniture which was needed. Dennis is very quick with responding.

Amazing from booking to visit

Where do I start! Dennis was so prompt with queries. The accommodation had been upgraded since the photos had been taken, which Dennis did mention during the booking process. Extremely comfortable sofas. Main bedroom mattress was truly the best that I've ever slept on and we've travelled the world a lot! The location was superb, just minutes from supermarkets, restaurants & Disney. Shout out to the cleaning staff, too, which did a particularly great job in the bathrooms, which are often the areas that have grubby bits but the 3 bathrooms were spotless. Can't recommend enough! A++++++

Our 3rd year here. Dennis is a has been easy to respond with. Always enjoyed the privacy and all one level living, we pay ($25 a day ) to heat pool but we used it everyday . Lots of restaurants to chose from. Kitchen well stocked with appliances and cooking essentials. There are minimum on other things like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs , laundry soap. If your staying more than a few days bring your own. To get gate pass is $20.

Perfect Spot!

This whole situation was fantastic. The property manager was extremely quick with the responses to any questions and provided all the information well ahead of time. The ONLY hiccup was a simple mix-up with the cleaning folks and the calendar. So when my wife, in-laws and kids showed up the house hadn't been cleaned. But, one quick call and a SUPER fast response was enacted. The cleaning team were extremely friendly, apologetic and thorough beyond measure. Needless to say, if you need a nice place to stay, have family, need to be near the major Orland attractions... PICK THIS PLACE!!! We were also able to see a Space-X launch, which was the cherry on top of everything.

Spacious and cozy

Bungalow offering a lot of room. 2 living rooms, very spacious master bedroom with ensuite, 2 sinks, sunk in tub and crib. large open concept 2 bedrooms offering twin beds and 4th bedroom woth a king and ensuite. All bedrooms have TVs, only living room and main master have smart TVs. There is no filtered water system, so we just bought jugs of water from publix. Breakfast table seating 4, plus dining room table seating 6. Garage offers pool table and fuse table. Pool area does not face sun, so no sun throughout the day but pool heater worked well. Very clean gated community, with basketball, tennis, pool, hot tub, mini gym, nature paths and 24/7 security. The home does not come with spices, tinfoil, toilet paper ( 1 roll included in each bathroom), paper towel, dish soap, dish pods ( 3 pods given), which is fine, but making note so you know what to have available upon your arrival. Owner was very easy to communicate with, responded very quickly. We did not have to strip beds or do laundry, which was a bonus! We did collect up all towels and placed them in the laundry basket. Location is about 30 minutes from Universal, but with traffic it can take up to 45mins. Close to tourist shops, dining options, grocery stores. . Would recommend this property and would definitely book again!

Easy access to parks, great personal pool, and space for 7

We've been to Disney/Universal many times and have enjoyed each of our stays. This was our first time staying at Emerald Isle. The check in process and pick up of our gate card was super smooth. Much faster than some other properties we have stayed at. I stayed with my sister, her teen daughter, her two best friends, and my two best friends. The three full bathrooms were great for the number of people in the house and rotating the adults and teens through to get showered up before and after park time. We utilized the pool every night and during our off day in the middle of the week. Having stayed in January, we were very happy to have decided to heat the pool. The location of the resort property was SO close to Disney. It was great. Right near Animal Kingdom, and we had easy access to Wal Mart and the super Target on 192. We placed pick up orders several times at both places, and it was so easy. We had used that WalMart during a pre-Covid trip, and their curbside delivery service has vastly improved and made getting all of the necessities much easier. We would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay at this house! Very comfortable!

We had a great experience! The house was very clean and very comfortable! We felt like we were staying at a family member’s house!I picked this house mainly because they had Tempur-Pedic mattresses! I knew we would be having long days at the parks and would need a good nights rest. We slept perfectly! Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teenagers), fit comfortably in the house with plenty of room for everyone. Plus it is close to parks and Walmart. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed. We would stay here again. You do have to buy a parking pass for 20 per vehicle from the clubhouse.

La maison est spacieuse et confortable.Le quartier est très agréable. La maison est bien équipée mais on aurait apprécié d’avoir quelques trucs de base comme du savon à vaisselle et à main.Les terrains de tennis communs sont gratuits et du matériel de sport peut être emprunté sans frais au club house.

Great house but need a new property manager

Love the layout of this house (2 master bedrooms with ensuites and how its a bungalow) The house is actually better in person than in the pics online. Beautiful neighbourhood. My only issue with this place is the property management . On the 2nd day our pool heat stopped working. When we initially communicated this to the property manager she kept telling me its working fine and has something to do with ambient heat which all sounded like bull to me. She sent someone who emptied our garbage and then looked at the pool heat (100% not qualified to diagnose a pool heater problem but i think she sent him to shut us up and burn time until we go home) After he left and it still wasn't working she sent someone else who again wasn't qualified to diagnose the problem. He cleaned the pool and added chlorine and when I asked him about the pool heater he spoke no english but was able to say its working. My husband tried calling her many times since it was clearly not working, but she never answered. the phone after that Ultimately we left on our last day and kids only got to use the pool for 1 day of our trip since it was quite cool outside and pool was freezing. The owner of the house did contact me afterwards and say a technician looked at it after we left and the pool heater is broken and is going to give me a full refund. I get this stuff happens and I appreciate the refund but the property manager should be more helpful when guests call her and stop with lies and trying to pull the wool over our eyes. We are not stupid and this trip is important to us. Recommendation to the owner - get a new property manager.
