Henkeäsalpaavat näkymät järvelle ja auringonlaskuja odottavat sinua tästä 4000 neliön jalka kotiin rakennettu ja sisustettu hienostunut mutta rento olo. Tilava ja yksityinen tärkein Master Suite on holvattu katto, oleskelualue ja näköala järvelle, kun taas kaksi muuta päällikkö sviitit ovat myös erittäin tilava ja hienosti sisustettu. Kaksi ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta alemmalla tasolla on queen / king size-vuoteet ja jaettu kylpyhuone tarjoavat rennon yksityisyyttä neljä ihmistä. Kolmas taso harjakattoinen makuuhuone tarjoaa yksityisyyttä ja täydellinen piilopaikka erillistä ja täyttä vuodetta kuusi enemmän vieraita.

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! The home itself was comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The location on the lake was perfect - private, quiet, and tucked away from the busy boat traffic. One of the highlights for everyone was spending time on the dock - whether it was hanging out with morning coffee, swimming, or just soaking in the views, it was the spot we kept coming back to. Our group made great memories here and we’d happily return for another stay.

Amazing rental!

I rented this property for my husband and his friends for the weekend to celebrate his milestone birthday. Everybody said the place was amazing--the accommodations, amenities, wonderful outside area--everything! I asked my husband if there was anything the property didn't have or if there were any issues and he said "absolutely not, this place was one of the best rentals ever!" Great relaxing beautiful getaway!!

The house and the grounds and the lakefront, we’re so beautiful we enjoyed relaxing times on the porch and down at the waters edge. There was a beautiful white sand beach and also a nice dock to sit out on. The kitchen was thoroughly equipped with everything you would need we would definitely come back here again.

The gables

We had a wonderful week on the lake, celebrating my sons graduation !the kitchen had every gadget you would ever need plenty of extra blankets great variety of books to read.made use of the kayaks and kids did note of fishing. Only thing we should have been made aware of is that the renter has no control over the temperature of the house. It is preset to a certain temperature no matter what the temperature outside may be .the big dorm room over the garage is controlled by the same thermostat as the master bedroom on the main level of the house, it does have a ceiling fan and we brought a couple extra fans and were able to open the window thankfully it was still cool at night outside for us. Can’t imagine if the temperatures or 80s 90s mid summer how hot that room would be.

Holiday stay

We did a family get together for the Thanksgiving holiday. We had plenty of household items. We were impressed with all the labels so you knew what was there/where to put it. It was nice weather so we enjoyed the beach area and the kayaks. The fire pit was nice. Good seating for the whole family throughout the house. Kids enjoyed the game system and the fooseball.

Perfect Lake Anna Vacation

This was our first time at Lake Anna. My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. This house is clean, has a great layout, and is fully equipped with everything you would need (especially the kitchen). The backyard is beautifully landscaped and having direct access to the private dock is great. The kids loved kayaking and swimming in the warm, calm water all week!

The property is perfect

We had a great time at The Gables. The dock was a great place for fishing and swimming. The fire pit got used a few nights. The house was very well stocked with items we would need. Overall it was a wonderful time and we will look forward to returning.

Relaxing and Rejuvenating R&R retreat weekend!

This was our first staff weekend retreat and we had an amazing time. The house is perfectly situated on the lake it immaculately cared for and beautiful. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental house. The house was welcoming and so nicely decorated. We enjoyed cooking, eating, and playing games. We particularly enjoyed drinking our coffee on the dock overlooking the lake every morning. We also had a private yoga class on the grass in front of the lake and felt rejuvenated being around the trees and water. There was even firewood for the fire pit! We had 8 adults and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. Five of us had our own bedroom and 3 shared one room very comfortably. We will be back again. Thank you for an amazing weekend!!

Beautiful Gables

My family loved the Gables. An amazing secluded lot with great waterfront. We traveled to Lake Anna to celebrate my daughters wedding. The Gables was the perfect spot and we highly recommend!

This home has it all

The view is wonderful, area by the dock perfect for socializing, little ones going in water and enjoying the sandy beach...gazebo a nice private space...adults fishing off the dock...easy to tie up a rented boat. Beds very comfy (often an overlooked item at rental houses)-great kitchen and open to living area. We loved the pantry for storage of the ton of food we brought! the bedroom closets (two of them) were big enough for pack n plays for the little ones. Enjoyed pool table and foos ball as well. A wonderful comfortable place for all ages.

Great family memories

Outstanding set up for families with toddlers. The toddler beach was a huge hit. The waterfront firepit was primo. Great to have three master bedroom/bath combos.

Gables 2021

We enjoyed the house, the beach, kayaks, and swimming. It was great. The layout of the house allowed us to spread out and separate children when needed. Two recommendations: a koureg coffeemaker and more trash cans so vacationers don’t have to haul cars in their vehicles. Other than that the house is just perfect.

Amazing Stay !!

We had an amazing weekend at The Gables! It was everything we could have hoped for and more. The location was beautiful, the house was spacious and fully stocked and we were able to have a great time with friends celebrating a birthday. I reached out to the employees at Dockside with questions before our stay and they were so helpful and quick to respond. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope to come back again this summer!!

Outstanding Visit to Lake Anna!

Huge thank you to Cindy at Dockside Realty for being such a wonderful Emergency contact over our weekend stay. The power went out (due to an ice storm in the area) and Cindy was extremely helpful with updates from the local power company, as she was able. We had a wonderful visit with friends who have known each other for 30+ years, some of us longer than that. We couldn't have asked for a better house, beautiful view, and the house was just perfect for us. We just might have to visit again this summer with our families...or maybe just the girls again ;-) Thank you again - we truly enjoyed our stay!

42 years of marriage and going strong! We both grew up in Michigan surrounded by water. This is where we met while both working at a military base. Don had just graduated from the USNA, Bitsy was a freshman attending a community college and working as a civil servant. We eventually found our way to Lake Anna in 1986 and built our first home here. Don worked at Lake Anna Nuclear Power Plant for a time. We have returned in 2013 after a 24 year absence. We have been blessed to be able to share our future retirement home with you and hope you find as much enjoyment with it as we have!

From the moment we pulled up into the driveway, we felt like this was it! This is where we want to retire and have a place for all the family to gather under one roof. Family and friends are very important to us - it is our goal to provide a home where people feel comfortable and can truly relax. We continuously strive to improve our guests' experience to make the most memorable experience possible. We hope we have achieved a little bit of heaven for you.

What you will find especially appealing is the clear water and no wake zone, ensuring a calm environment for swimming without large wave action. This environment beckons families to spend all day on the beach or dock, or in the water. Swimmers will appreciate the ease of getting in and out of the lake, either from steps (not a ladder) in the deep water or gentle slope at the beach. The softly lit hardscaping is perfect for an evening of conversation under the stars and pergola, or around the fire pit. Our home has an open floor plan that fosters lots of laughter and conversation for everyone to hear. When you walk in the front door, you face the water view and it calls to you... Come on down! Sitting on the back porch with a cuppa coffee is one of the most relaxing experiences-early morning or at sunset.
