Kaunis, viihtyisä kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen osakehuoneisto sijaitsee Silverado II: ssa Winter Parkin kaupungissa. Lyhyt bussikuljetus Winter Park Resortiin. Yksikkömme nukkuu kuusi queen-vuode makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, kuningatar toisessa makuuhuoneessa vieressä kylpyhuone ja kuningatar vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Kun koko päivän toimintaa nauttia 50 tuuman taulu-tv ja DVD-soitin olohuoneessa ja 32 tuuman taulu-tv makuuhuoneessa, rentoutua edessä viihtyisä kaasu takka.
Yksikkömme sisältää myös upouusi matot ja laattojen lattiat, keittiön ja kylpyhuoneen. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu astiat, kattilat, pannut jne. On laattoja työtasot ja kaikki laitteet, kuten jääpalakone jääkaapissa. Ja jos haluat mennä verkossa, meidän Condo on varustettu ilmainen langaton internetyhteys. Tämä Condo tarjoaa poikkeuksellisen arvo edulliseen hintaan.
Silverado II on seesteinen, keskeisellä paikalla asunto monimutkainen Winter Park. Kompleksi tarjoaa useita houkuttelevia mukavuuksia ilman sisäuima-altaan, kahden kylpytynnyrin, saunan, kuntokeskuksen, pelihuoneen, pesutilan ja maanalaisen pysäköintialueen, joka sopii erinomaisesti talvella sekä hiihtokaappien kanssa.
Winter Park Resort on joitakin paras hiihto Coloradossa antaa sille mainetta "Colorado suosikki", joiden keskimääräinen lumipyry 370 tuumaa vuodessa. Kesällä nauttia Rocky Mountain National Park, musiikin festivaaleja, Grand Lake, neljä mestaruustason golfkenttää, maailmanluokan maastopyöräily, patikointi ja ratsastus. Myös kesällä Winter Park Resort isännöi erilaisia perheen toimintaa kuten Alpine Slide, tuolihissi ratsastaa, minigolf, ihmisen labyrintti, ja enemmän. Silverado II on kävelymatkan päässä Wolf Park, joka on tenniskenttä ja lasten leikkivälineitä.

Everything you need - soft and comfortable

This is the second Silverado II condo we've stayed in and they've both been fine! This unit has two large beds, so my son didn't have to do twins. The furniture and carpet are soft and comfortable and the kitchen had EVERYTHING including an automatic ice maker (rare). There are TV's in the master and also in the living room and the Internet was strong. The building looks to be the late 1960s or early 1970's but is well maintained, as is the unit. We visited in the summer, so windows were open and there was adequate cooling in the afternoons and nights were fine. If it's winter, I'm sure the underground parking is a wonderful thing. Overall, a great vacation home.

Great getaway

Owner was great to work with. We had no problems. Property was clean and worked great for our family of 6. Winter Park is great place to getaway! Check in and check out was a breeze.

comfortable condo

The condo was a good size for the 4 of us; with separate bed and bathrooms for 2 couples. I really enjoyed the large, well stocked kitchen and nice dining table. There was always ample parking in the garage, which was great for keeping the car snow-free. The only down side was the walk from the garage to the condo, which included a couple of staircases. Only a bother when carrying luggage, etc. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay.

Spacious accommodation

The two bedrooms as well as the open living / dining / kitchen area was very large. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking capability and a typical, simple start of base items I've seen in other rentals. The property was very quiet and we liked the location up a hill a bit out of town. Underground parking was nice treat. There is a bus to ski areas nearby but runs only 1x/hour (check for latest). One of the rooms did require better cleaning but the owner was very quick on accommodating our request. As well as the owner was very timely and clear in all communications ahead of our check-in. Thank you.

A Wonderful Home & Fantastic Hosts; I Recommend with Enthusiasm!

The condo was super cozy. We communicated often per our need for guidance, which the owners were perfect. The view from the master balcony was nice to open the curtains and watch the morning start over the peaks. The kitchen is stocked very well with utensils, pots pans, you name it. I like vertical drop but not vertical stairs, but then again, I told my kids to pack light, "Right". We came to get busy, a few stairs should not matter "RIGHT". Okay, Just sayin', in the event you require first floor accommodations or a luggage elevator for any reason. They do have some cool guys who work there however, not speaking for them, but I bet they'd probably hook you up, if you called in advance and rapped with them nicely. One Cat is from Phili, Pa., Real Cool Dude!! Pool and Amenities are top notch. A group was having a family reunion for Thanksgiving in the banquet hall. The Hall Looked like a fantastic place to have a get together or wedding. The Lady at the front desk was on point, real friendly. extremely helpful and kind. I wished they'd had that nice bar and grill open during my stay, I love a good cold beer and such; probably would not have left the deal, other than to ski? Nice Place to Stay

The condo was really nice and just a few blocks from downtown. Would have been nice to know this was on the 3rd floor and there was not an elevator all the way up. My husband has bad knees and the stairs were a killer on his knees but we had a great view, it was really nice and comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo.

Excellent stay in Winter Park, CO.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this well-maintained facility. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and was accurately represented by the online photos and descriptions. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well furnished. Loved it!!!

Nice comfortable space for sure!

Location was a shuttle route stop making it very convenient. The facility was clean and well maintained. The kitchen/dining area in the unit had a nice flow to it; it could have used a second large pot and measuring cups. Of course this comes from one who cooks in from scratch regularly. Many would not miss these items.

2 minutes from downtown and about 5-7 mins from the ski area

Pros: This place was really nice to stay at because it was close to all the shops and restaurants. It was also close by to the Winter Park Ski Area which is why we stayed at this place. The pool, sauna and hot tub was a big plus especially after a long day of skiing/snowboarding. Fireplace kept the place warm. Cons- The place was on the third floor = Lots of Stairs to climb with lots of luggage. Elevator was broken the entire stay which is out of owner's control as it is the buildings responsibility. But the place itself was very stinky when we arrived. Smelled like mold and mildew. Also, stuff inside was pretty outdated. It wasn't very home feeling.

A perfect for the family

This property was perfect for our family. It had plenty of room for us and our 3 young children. It is clean, in good shape, has everything we needed, and conveniently located. The pool was warm enough to play in with the kids and we enjoyed the hot tubs. We recommend staying here.

Convenient and with everything you need

My family loved staying at this apartment. Perfect to spend a good week as a family of 5 and cook some meals together. Nice views from each window in the apartment. The covered parking garage is a nice benefit when snow is in the forecast.

Silverado II Stay for 2017 Winter Park Jazz Fest Unit Bldg. 3 #331

Our stay in this unit was very comfortable and neat. All the cooking ware was available and good shower pressure. The building was neat and clean, even the garage. I wish however that there were an elevator for building 3 because hauling luggage, food and coolers up those stairs was very challenging !!!

GREAT place for the cost

This was a fantastic condo for the price, you really can't beat it for a two bedroom option. It was on the top floor so there was not noise from above, quiet building and super close to town and about a 5 minute drive to the hill. Really a great value for a smaller family.

Clean, well stocked, and close to everything.

Everything was wonderful. Great location to all the attractions. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our 6 year old loved the pool & hot tubs! We had an awesome week!!
